Stayed at Pullman Dubai Creek City Residences and had an excellent experience. The location is perfect—close to the creek and all major spots. The atmosphere is calm and modern, making it great for both work and relaxation. Rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-designed. In terms of value, it’s definitely worth it for the quality they offer. Cleanliness is top-notch, and the service is genuinely impressive. A special mention to housekeeping guy Gam, who was extremely polite and kept the room spotless throughout the stay. Highly recommended!

Lovely apartments good space neat and tidy as well but same issue on this side is with the check in. Takes extremely long with no clear end in site

I stayed at the Residences Sides of this hotel with my family and relatives from October 13 to November 4. As always, this stay was pleasant and very interesting in every way. I have written many times about the advantages of staying at this hotel. The location, cleanliness, services, rooms, staff, etc. are all excellent and unique. All the staff are kind, dutiful and respectful people and do whatever they can to help. Here I need to especially thank Mr. CHITAN, ANOOP, YASIR and FILOMENO at the reception and Ms. Barbie and Mr. Kavindu at the housekeeping department who made our trip more pleasant with their very competent and excellent behavior.

Very good experience. Especially the room cleaners that cleaned our room were very good and professional. Also the breakfast of the hotel is also very nice. Also the inhotel taxi service has a very reasonable price and excellent cars and drivers. The room service was also very fast and responsible. Every time we went out and we came back, the room was clean. So, the room cleaners should get a bonus or an increment because of their excellent work.
