Stayed on 3 seperate occasions on our recent holiday. The hotel is quite new . has nice decor and rooms are a good size. Perfect for short stays and only 5 minutes from terminal 1. They have an airport shuttle which goes every hour but not sure if this travels to terminal 3 ( Emirates) as we were dropped at terminal 1 and had to take a taxi to terminal 3. Staff are helpful and even threw in a free breakfast which was much appreciated as we had a 14 hour flight coming up. Hotel is also close to train station for a quick trip into Dubai. We will stay again when overnighting in Dubai.

I've done so many trips to Dubai for Business and I needed this time to be close to the airport so I thought Ibis you can't go wrong ! Well how wrong can you be . Arrived at 02.30 after a day's traveling the room was ok but then you see there is no Tea or Coffee ,Toilet roll and 2 towels missing that's a good start. Well it just went on for a week of problems ! Fire alarm just in my room going off due to dust , 2 staff to clean between 50/58 rooms need I say more.

I had a wonderful stay here and truly enjoyed every aspect of it. The breakfast was delicious and provided a perfect start to the day. I also want to mention Hurmat, who was exceptionally kind and attentive. He went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. His hospitality really made a difference, and it made our experience even more memorable.

Great meal and commend service by Rushdie who was very helpful in assisting me and my friends this evening. Place near to the airport and shuttle service provided. We appreciated also stafff help during our stay - thank u. We will return and keep an eye out for your other Accor hotels in other countries - Raffle, Ibis etc. Thank you/ shokran

The hotel rooms are terrible! I am not sure if 1 star should be given! No soap for hands, just a little bit in the shower, the water from the shower leakages everything to the room, only two big towels, one of them demaged with the holes… no hand towels, no hairdryer, the smell in the room is terrible! The shows and toilet should be renovated already few year ago. On the corridor smell of cigarets, the reception is not well warm person… the breakfast quite okey but the tables are not cleaned on time. As a Dubai hotel should not serve the guests in this conditions! I do not expect luxury but as for 3star hotel for sure is no worth!
