I recently coordinated a stay for a large group at Z ibis dira creek side Hotel with the expectation of discussing future business opportunities and some useful things for z hotel and for our travel company ... Unfortunately, the experience was marred by the hotel manager's manna extremely negative and unprofessional attitude. Throughout z whole conversation, the manager manna was consistently uncooperative and showed a clear lack of interest in addressing our needs or concerns. Simple requests were met from our travel company to z hotel manager menna to give z best service for z group and bulid z hotel name and there was a pervasive sense of indifference toward ensuring our group's comfort and satisfaction. This attitude not only affected our current stay but also left us with serious doubts about considering Z Hotel for any future business engagements. Given the importance of a positive and proactive managerial approach in the hospitality industry, this experience was profoundly disappointing. I would not recommend Z Hotel to other groups or businesses looking for a collaborative and guest-oriented environment.

We had an amazing experienced staying in the hotel. The restaurant/bar (bistro&tempo)we dine was great an excellent service from Maria and other team members were accommodating . Showing ther lovely smiles everytime they approached us,the lady manager at reception was very friendly towards our queries .looking forward to come back with family and friends.🧡

I would like to extend my personal gratitude to Mr Abdel Mannan, Security Supervisor at Ibis Deira Creekside hotel . Mr Mannan went out of the way to deliver the missing shopping item of my nieces , who left them at the hotel, after staying there for few nights . I requested personally to Mr Mannan to deliver the item to the girls in a different hotel today on the morning . I am pleased to say that the gentleman made the quickest arrangement possible, which is only expected from a great hospitality team at good hotels in UAE such as Ibis ! Thank you Mr Abdel Mannan for your courtesy and utmost hospitality . IA, one day soon, I will come and personally visit Ibis to thank you and invite you for a lunch or dinner, as a token of my personal appreciation.
