Our stay was truly amazing, especially for the kids! They were thrilled to discover a spacious play area in the lobby – it’s much more than just a kids' corner. The area includes basketball, foosball, air hockey, billiards, table tennis, and more – all free and available 24/7. It made their stay unforgettable! The staff were incredibly friendly and spoke English fluently, making everything easy. Check-in and check-out were quick, taking less than 10 minutes. The rooms were spotless, new, and well-maintained, as was the entire hotel. However, a few things could be improved. We noticed there were no swimming pool, which would have been nice to have. Additionally, there was no assistance with luggage to and from the rooms, which was a bit inconvenient. We also encountered an issue with the water supply in our room; one of the bathrooms had no water. The hotel offered to move us to another room, but as we had a family suite with two bathrooms, we opted to stay and use the second bathroom instead. They promptly resolved the issue the following morning and kindly sent us a dessert platter as a complimentary gesture. the breakfast was very expensive so we didn't try. Overall, despite these minor issues, we had a fantastic experience, and the kids can’t wait to come back!

It was a pleasure to meet such a stylish hotel in Batumi. The hotel is located in the calmest part of the city not far from malls and seashore. Rooms were clean and warmly colored and this is not the only thing that made my mood on such cloudy and cold rainy days, I had stayed there for two days with my family and friends. We had a fantastic time together in game areas especially, we couldn’t be absent from there, it was really nice and funny🥰The staff was polite friendly and helpful, all of them: FO, F&B & even HK they were real Heartists.🤍 all in all I would love to stay there again and I’m sure i will😁🤍 Best regards

Amazing, smiling staff and I received nice upgrade + local sweets even that I am only Silver member. Hotel is brand new with amazing sports-styled design and very close distance to the sea!
