Amazing stay at the Mercure Sunshine Coast. Staff were pleasant and friendly. The apartment was exceptionally clean. Dinner and breakfast in the restaurant was top class and the staff again were very pleasant and professional.

We stayed for two nights, just as a change of scenery, and it was a pleasant place to be. A good walk around the lake, a couple of minutes to the beach and restaurants. The restaurant at the hotel was very good too.

Neat small hotel with great breakfast.

Pros: Great buffet breakfast-ideal for gluten free eating Comfortable beds Parking available Close to cafe's restaurants and a supermarket Quiet Location Cons: None really to mention Synopsis: Good hotel in nice location. Would I stay here again? Yes absoultely.

We have been staying at this hotel for a couple of years mainly for medical appointments at the hospital. The staff are absolutely amazing. We are greeted by name and Hoover my husbands service dog always gets lots of pats and cuddles and treats. The rooms are always very clean and are what we need for our stay. The restaurant is beautiful I could eat several bowls of the Sundried tomato arancini alone. Food is always lovely and fresh. This is our longest stay yet 6 days. Thankyou for always making it easy especially with the reasons for our stay.

I would say fair to muddling. Faulty towers comes to mind Nice enough rooms. Basic but mecure. Aircon is noisy. Unless you need the hospital cant see the reason for a stay. Muddling service at best. The nespresso machine and milo satchet are the best feature
