Our apartment was old and tired. Balcony door difficult to open. Could not close Bed1 shower door. Great location with excellent pool and BBQ facilities. Great access to Bulcock St, Esplanade and Boardwalk.

A good place to stay, central location and close to the beach. Nice size pool that due to cool weather we did not use. Hot tub as well. Clean units. Our unit had a deep tub to step into for the shower, it had a step but no handle to hold onto which for us being elderly is rather hazardous. In our building the wifi was non existent, we were told that they were working on it to get fixed but in the five days/nights stay it was not and we had to go to the lobby all the time to use wifi. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

A great location which is close to the main street and Bulcock Beach and walkable to the surf and the cafes and eateries of the area. It was close to the markets that were held on Friday night and Sunday in the main street

Lovely hotel in a perfect position. Excellent amenities; comfortable & clean apartment and very friendly, helpful staff. Magnificent swimming pool with stunning views out over the Pumicestone Passage.

Stayed at this hotel for a night as my usual hotel was booked out. The hotel room I was given was beyond disgusting. So poorly maintained it amazes me that they find it acceptable to give it to paying customers. It honestly resembled an old nursing home room. However the staff were quite friendly and the location is great, which is why it’s a shame the room is so bad. Next time if this hotel is my only option, I’ll sleep in my car…
