Beautiful hotel from outside, room not as good, looks like 3-4 star. There is an open shower in the bathroom and water is splashing everywhere and it is impossible for another person to use a bathroom at the same time. Bathroom amenities were never refilled, no shower cap. Good bed. Not enough hangers in closet. No self service breakfast, which is very annoying. You have to wait for everything and when the restaurant is full it takes ages to finish the breakfast. Food is good. Hotel has an excellent location for golfers. Staff very friendly.

An amazing experience provided by a beautiful hotel and, above all amazing staff. The food in the various restaurants is fabulous. The rooms are so luxurious you don’t want to leave them but the pull of the amazing pool area is enough to make sure you do! See you next August and September guys! Jay & Carrie x

Two weeks in paradise

Our room was divine, the bed most comfortable, the sunny terrace relaxing, the bathroom innovative and the aircon/heating worked perfectly. The design of the hotel is spectacular with its different levels, gorgeous views and abundant plantations. It is fresh and immaculately maintained. The staff were outstanding from front of house to restaurant and cleaning teams. Particular mention should be made of Mohamed at reception , Mercedes and Cathy in the breakfast restaurant and so many others whose names we have not been able to recall. The served to your table breakfast was outstanding and the service exemplary. The spa and indoor pool were state of the art. Everything felt brand new. The location is a little bit remote but, with one's hire car, access to many places of interest, golf courses and restaurants was easy. We had mixed weather but this hotel is a great place to be come rain or shine. Thank you for a memorable experience which we hope to repeat .
