The moment I set foot in this place I knew I was in for an experience of a lifetime! I have been to 70 + countries and in hundreds of hotels, this hotel is a gem! This is the second Banyan Tree we have visited and it did not let us down. The Villa is stunning, everything we wanted and more. The atmosphere was very relaxing, two weeks of bliss and no stress. The team in the Banyan Tree live up to all expectations, they were all amazing and kind, with nothing too much trouble. Massive thanks to the restaurant team for an impeccable service and for recommending the Moroccan wine. We can’t forget the young lady Ghizlane who kept our room immaculate every single day, she was so kind and thoughtful. We are definitely planning our third banyan tree visit.

I had an incredible stay at Banyan Tree Tamouda Bay. The staff’s hospitality was exceptional, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. My villa was spacious and beautifully maintained. Dining at the restaurant was a highlight – the food was delicious and beautifully presented. A big thank you to the entire team for a memorable experience. I’ll definitely be back!

Not five star Booking the hotel was a mistake - they took our money even though we failed them before the system took over and took it anyway then they threw their hands in the hair and did nothing to put it right On arrival we have a nice room … until we tried to get the drinks for our minibar - that took more than 20 hours and five calls Now the builders have started drilling/ sawing and despite being told they would stop they have not Our holiday is being ruined and the hotel doesn’t seem to care Not the hotel to book if you want decent service
