Fantastic hotel and staff Mohammed the manager is excellent and does everything to meet our needs. The rooms are nice and clean, the shower is excellent and the facilities are spot on, you can on them to make your stay a memorable one. Thank you to all at Movenpick Malabata tangier

We were a group of ten family members on vacation following a tour to four Moroccan cities. We arrived December 29, 2023 for three nights. The hotel is beautiful and the beds comfortable. The bar has great service. However, I don’t understand why they allow smoking indoors in the 21st century. Second hand smoke is very harmful to chicdren and the elderly. Smokers should be going outdoors 25 feet from entrances. I will not stay at this hotel again because of the smoking policy.

Oh dear where do I start. The room was very tired and could have been cleaner. The buffet food for dinner was dreadful. Limited selection and very poor quality. When we went down for breakfast most of the tables had been used and none had been cleared even though it was only 8am. I started to clear myself because when I eventually found a waiter and asked him to clear it he disappeared. The buffet selection again was very limited and the omelette that I ordered was under cooked.

Unprofessional and poor communication

I booked a room at this hotel with my two children, and I hired a local babysitter to look after my children in the afternoons when I'm out of the hotel, and I asked the receptionist to give the key to the babysitter once the children were tired, but when the babysitter went to the receptionist, they refused with no explanation or reason. Despite the fact that she presented them with identification cards, and she had to keep the kids at the pool area for about two hours until I returned, and they were so exhausted and ready to sleep, I'm really dissatisfied, and I don't believe I'll book in this hotel with their bad services again.

We are very distressed to learn that we have failed to give you complete satisfaction. Undeniably, the babysitter went to the reception to retrieve the key of the room. After checking, the room was reserved for 1 adult and 1 child. For this purpose, the responsible at the front office refused to give her the key explaining that it is for security reasons: firstly, because the father (main customer) was not present with the children in order to retrieve the key of his room, and, secondly the Moroccan lady does not have the right to access to the room. Despite of this incident, we hope you enjoyed your stay with us and our product. Looking forward to give us another chance to welcoming you again for a better experience, Best regards. The worst experience ever, service is terrible literally waited a hour for a menu then another 30 for a couple of drinks the best staff are the door men I've never written a review but had to for this.
