We are sincerely sorry to hear about the challenges you faced in accessing the breakfast area. Your comments regarding accessibility are taken very seriously, and we deeply regret any discomfort or inconvenience caused. While we were glad to assist you with a wheelchair and staff support, we fully understand that the situation was far from ideal.
