Beaucoup de bruit, chambre donnant sur la rue / je suis revenu chez All (Accord), mal m'en a pris (comme Novotel Perth) / si on ne nettoie pas la chambre, on gagne des points, je crois rêver mais "ils" osent! Pourquoi pas limiter le papier toilette en gagnant aussi des points évidemment… La petite salle restaurant ne donne pas priorité aux clients de l'hôtel, si vous n'avez pas réservé, on vous met dans un coin alors que certaines tables sont restées vides toute la soirée / 48h pour le landry. Je retourne chez les concurrents où je retrouve un service client parfait

*Great location (opposite southern cross train station) * Room was a good size with comfortable bed/pillows. * Right near tram stop to take you to shopping area. * Spa was hot and relaxing, sauna great, pool lovely but windows are permanently open so a bit nippy in the pool, even though it’s heated a bit. * Free wifi which was adequate for our needs. * We tried the free chocolate hour. It was okay - not as great as advertised on the TV in the room or website but if you are at the hotel at 3:30pm then a few free cakes/chocolate covered nuts/pretzels may suffice. If we were out shopping/visiting attractions, we wouldn’t go back to the motel specifically for it. * checkin staff member unfamiliar with Accor rewards point redemption program and I had to show her the points I wanted redeemed on the stay- a little thing overall though. * there was a bar and restaurant but we did not try it. We would return as we were happy with the location and cleanliness of the motel.

Horrible breakfast experience service was rubbish no food, no plates, cutery taken whist you get a coffee, told to let them know if you want eggs, but no one around due to service… Chocolate hour had nothing every time you went to get a taste they were already gone . Room was loud and heard the trams all night.. for the price this place is a joke..

The hotel is well located opposite Southern Cross Station,near the sky bus, tram services and a taxi rank. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff friendly and helpful. We came here after staying at the Movenpick Hobart and this hotel suffers by comparison. The bath towels were poor quality and in one case dirty. The breakfast in Miss Mi was “hit and miss”, with a mish mash of breakfast food,often cold. The hotel does, however, have a lovely bar area in which to have a drink.
