호텔의 하이 티어 멤버임에도 불구하고 얼리 체크인이나 레이트 체크아웃과 같은 기본적인 멤버십 혜택조차 제공받지 못했습니다. 선택한 객실이 버젯 카테고리라는 점은 이해하지만, 고객 경험까지 버젯 수준이어야 하는 것은 아니라고 생각합니다. 객실은 창문이 없어 환기가 전혀 되지 않았고, 머무는 내내 곰팡이 냄새가 지속되어 매우 불쾌했습니다. 결과적으로 이번 숙박은 실망스러웠으며, 이 호텔을 선택한 것을 진심으로 후회합니다. 더욱 아쉬운 점은 아코르 브랜드에서 이러한 수준의 호텔을 운영하고 있다는 사실입니다. 이번 경험을 통해 앞으로는 브랜드만 믿기보다 숙소를 더욱 신중하게 선택해야 한다는 교훈을 얻었습니다. 다시말해, 이번 경험은 아코르 브랜드에 대한 신뢰에도 부정적인 영향을 주었으며, 향후 해당 호텔은 물론 동일 브랜드 내 유사 등급 호텔 선택에도 신중할 수밖에 없게 만들었습니다.
