We would like to clarify that membership benefits such as early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability on the day of arrival and departure. We also understand your disappointment regarding the windowless room and the musty smell you experienced. Our room descriptions clearly indicate whether a room is equipped with windows, allowing guests to make A. informed choice when booking.
