Please accept our sincerest apologies for the failure to deliver the honeymoon amenity that was promised. This should never have happened, and we fully understand how disappointing it must have been—especially during a milestone trip. Equally concerning is that no follow-up or explanation was provided despite the clear expectation set. This does not reflect the standards of care, attentiveness, and hospitality we strive to uphold. We are also concerned to learn that several aspects of your stay — from arrival to cleanliness and overall service — did not meet your expectations or our own. 위치도 좋고 코지하고 새로운 시설은 좋았으나 골드멤버로서 누릴 수 있는 웰컴드링크 쿠폰 사용에 대항 설명이 전혀 없었으며, 개런티되지 않지만 가능할 수도 있는 룸 업그레이드가 불가한 것에 대해서도 먼저 설명이 없었습니다. 또한 배정받은 룸이 엘레베이터에서 매우 멀었는데 먼저 고객에게 안내를 해 주었으면 좋았을 것 같습니다.

This is far from the service standards we strive to deliver, and I sincerely apologise for the frustration and discomfort you felt from the moment of arrival. Your comments regarding the behaviour and attitude of our reception team are extremely concerning. Please rest assured that we take such feedback very seriously. What you described does not reflect the values of hospitality, respect, and professionalism that we uphold. I have already escalated this matter to our senior management team to conduct a thorough review and take the necessary corrective actions with the individuals involved. You should always feel welcomed, valued, and respected—especially as a Platinum member. Regarding your room upgrade and loyalty recognition, I am very sorry that you did not receive clear communication or an actual upgrade during your stay. Platinum benefits include an upgrade (subject to availability), and our team should have handled this with transparency, courtesy, and accuracy. We will be reinforcing our training and internal processes to ensure this does not happen again. I also regret that your welcome amenity and breakfast experience did not meet expectations. Your comments on food variety and the ease of using the coffee machine have been shared with our F&B team for immediate review. At the same time, we are glad to hear that you enjoyed the service and taste at Madisons, as well as the concierge, gym, pool, entertainment programme, and kids’ services. While it is reassuring to know that some parts of the hotel met your expectations, the issues you faced—particularly with the reception team—overshadowed your stay, and for that, we are truly sorry.
