꼭 한번 가보고 싶었던 싱가포르 여행을 풀만 호텔에서 묶을 수 있어서 무척 좋았고 친절한 직원들, 맛있는 조식, 편리한 교통 모두 만족스러웠습니다. 다시 한번 풀만 호텔 에서 좋은 가격을 받을 수 있다면 재 방문 의사도 있습니다.다만 객실 전망이 조금 아쉬웠던 점이었습니다. 즐거운 여행이었습니다!

리셉션 직원들 특히 야간에 계시던 인도 여자분 불친절해도 너무 불친절합니다. 5성급 호텔이라고는 생각할 수 없는 불친절에 매우 불쾌했습니다

I am very sorry to learn that your experience at Pullman Singapore Hill Street fell significantly below your expectations, particularly with regard to the service you received at reception. Please accept our sincere apologies for the manner in which you were treated. What you described is completely inconsistent with the standards of professionalism, courtesy, and respect that we expect from our team, especially in a five-star environment. Your feedback is taken very seriously, and I want to assure you that this matter has been escalated to our senior management team for immediate review. Appropriate follow-up actions, including coaching and retraining, will be taken to ensure this does not happen again. While we are grateful that you found our cleanliness and sustainability initiatives to be satisfactory, it is clear that shortcomings in service had a major impact on your overall impression of your stay. 방음도 잘 되고 수영장도 너무 좋았어요. 하지만 트윈룸은 커넥팅룸이 없다는 표기를 해주었다면 좋았겠습니다.
