위치가 진짜 예술입니다. 싱가포르 유명한 곳은 거의 다 도보로 이동이 가능합니다. 호텔컨디션도 좋고, 직원분들이 친절합니다. 다시 방문한다면 이용할 예정입니다.

While we are pleased to know that you appreciated our location and enjoyed the rooftop pool, we are sorry to learn that several aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. As a valued ALL Platinum member, we sincerely regret that you were disappointed with the recognition and benefits received during your stay. We understand your concerns regarding the room upgrade experience and apologise if the communication surrounding upgrade options was not clear. While complimentary upgrades (to the next room category) remain subject to availability and room category allocation upon arrival, we regret that your experience left you feeling that your loyalty was not sufficiently recognised. We are also sorry to learn that the welcome amenity, breakfast experience, and Executive Lounge offerings fell below your expectations. Your comments regarding the breakfast variety and overall dining experience have been shared with our Culinary team for review as we continuously seek to improve our offerings.
