호텔이 깔끔하고 좋았는데, 단 한가지 욕실에서 물곰팡이인지 배수구인지 냄새가 나서 어려웠습니다. 화장실 선반도 먼지가 쌓여있고.. 위생관리가 좀더 잘되면 좋겠습니다.

위치도 좋고 방의 컨디션도 좋았지만 724호는 엘레베이터와 너무 멀어서 불편했습니다. 다른 직원들은 다 친절했지만 2월 28일 아침에 카운터에 계셨던 여자 직원분은 태도가 불친절했습니다. 추가 지불한 후 얼리 체크인을 원했으나 12시부터 될 수도 있고, 안될 수도 있다는 대답은 부적절하다고 생각합니다.

체크인 할때부터 직원이 친절하게 안내해주어었고 객실 청소 상태도 좋아 특별히 직원을 호출하거나 질문이나 부탁을 할 일도 없었네요.
