We are sorry to learn that your stay did not fully meet your expectations, particularly regarding the consistency of service and the overall sense of care you experienced throughout your visit. At Raffles, we place great importance on delivering warm, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful hospitality, and we regret that this was not consistently reflected during your stay. We also note your comment regarding the early check-in request. We understand how important this can be after travel, and we regret that we were unable to accommodate this request, as well as the disappointment this caused upon arrival. In addition, we are sorry that aspects of your accommodation, cleanliness, breakfast selection, and butler service did not meet the standards you expected from us. Your feedback has been shared with the relevant teams for review and improvement, particularly with regard to consistency, attentiveness, and guest communication. While we are pleased that you had a more positive experience at Courtyard dinner, we recognise that several other areas fell short of expectations and did not reflect the level of hospitality we aim to provide.
