엔터테인 시스템 연결이 잘 안되는 문제와( 애플티비, 넷플릭스) 화장실 비데가 없는것도 좀 불편했습니다. 그리고 윗층투숙객이 걸어다닐때마다 삐걱거리는 층간소음도 최고급호텔에서 겪고싶지않은 소음이었습니다. 하룻밤이어서 그나마 짧게 경험하고 나왔지만 숙박기간이 길었다면 룸을 바꿔서라도 그런 소음을 듣고 싶지는 않았을것같습니다.

다만 2개 스위트 비교 및 선택 하도록 해야 하나 무조건 업그레드하여 안내한 것은 좀 무례했습니다. 팜을 선택한 이유가 있는데, 업스레이드니 무조건 사용하라는 식의 호의는 좋지않음.

환대가 어울리는 호텔
모든것이 다 완벽했다. 웰컴카드, 푸드, 전부
역사와 전통이 만들어낸 완벽함이었다.
다만, 베개를 요청했지만 하나는 나중에 온다고 했는데 오지 않았고
욕조에 한참이 걸려 만들어주고 나가신 거품은 조금있다가 다 사라져 버렸다(물이 다 빠져버림) 욕조의 물빠짐 버튼이 고장났던 것. 이미 샤워를 하고 나와 늦은 시간이었기에 컴플레인 하지 않았다. 고작 1박이었기에 잠이 더 고팠다. 고치고 늦게 거품목욕을 하면 컨디션에 문제가 있을 듯 했다.
하지만, 이 모든것을 용서할 수 있을 곳이었다.
체크아웃 하면서 예약해주신 덕에 롱바도 편하게 이용했고, 애프터눈티도 편하게 이용했다.
참, 동양인이라 계속 구석에 자리배치를 하는 것은 기분탓일까....???
우리만 동떨어진 공가에서 애프터눈 티를... 조식도 많이 떨어진 곳에서... 그게 좀 걸렸다.

Beside we had also updated the table seating preference to be near to buffet counter during breakfast and main dining hall for afternoon tea. The bathtub issue had been addressed promptly right after your comment.
