버틀러서비스부터 너무 만족했습니다. 조식은 너무너무 맛있었고 로비가 너무 멋지고 아릅답게 들리는 악기소리가 여행의 질을 더 높여줬어요.

엔터테인 시스템 연결이 잘 안되는 문제와( 애플티비, 넷플릭스) 화장실 비데가 없는것도 좀 불편했습니다. 그리고 윗층투숙객이 걸어다닐때마다 삐걱거리는 층간소음도 최고급호텔에서 겪고싶지않은 소음이었습니다. 하룻밤이어서 그나마 짧게 경험하고 나왔지만 숙박기간이 길었다면 룸을 바꿔서라도 그런 소음을 듣고 싶지는 않았을것같습니다.

팜스윗 예약하고 갔는데, 레지던트로 업그레이드 해주어 감사했습니다. 다만 2개 스위트 비교 및 선택 하도록 해야 하나 무조건 업그레드하여 안내한 것은 좀 무례했습니다. 팜을 선택한 이유가 있는데, 업스레이드니 무조건 사용하라는 식의 호의는 좋지않음.
