I have wanted to go to this hotel for many years as my parents visited this place on many occasions from the 1980s onwards and loved every visit. I have to say, it did not disappoint. This was actually part of my 60th birthday celebrations and the hotel somehow knew this (no one told them so it must have been on my profile and they picked up on it). They did many things to recognise my birthday and that made it even more special. We hardly left the hotel for the three full days we were there we enjoyed meals, spas, sauna and relaxing by the pool. Every meal we had there was fantastic. I couldn’t pick one out because they were all different. The staff were just amazing. They bet over backwards to help us and every interaction was polite and professional. There were lots of little touches they did that made the stay that little bit extra. One thing they did, which may not seem significant, but made a big impact on me was the room cleaners saw a pile of books on my bedside table and put a simple raffles leather bookmark on top. It may not seem like a lot but that was just a little thing that they did that made me smile and now every time I read, I’m reminded of my stay. As they say, it’s the little things that count. A truly fantastic experience, and I will definitely be back. I think if you’re looking for a legendary hotel stay - not a cookie cutter or big chain experience, then this is the place for you.

Great location with plenty of amenities to keep a little 1 year old entertained. The best thing however are the dining options - breakfast is complimentary but was my favourite meal of the day. The ladies of the breakfast team took such beautiful care of me and my baby, especially Lulu who always put a special personal touch in and made our stay totally seamless. The whole staff serving afternoon tea on 19 November were fantastic and made our time very special. Another special mention for the male server with the short ponytail in The Tiffin Room who was so professional and courteous. He adapted some dishes so that my daughter and I could share the a la carte menu items designed for adults. These standout staff members made our trip so special! Now we’re home I want to come back for the food

My wife and I recently stayed at Raffles Singapore, and from the moment we arrived, it was a truly special experience. Walking through the doors feels like stepping into a timeless place where history, elegance, and comfort come together effortlessly. The hotel is beautifully restored, full of charm and heritage at every corner. Our suite was spacious, elegant, and incredibly comfortable, with so many thoughtful details that made us feel at home while still being completely pampered. Everything felt calm, refined, and perfectly looked after. What really made the stay unforgettable was the service. Every member of the Raffles team was warm, genuine, and attentive, always making us feel welcome and cared for. We never felt like just guests, more like part of the Raffles family. Dining was another highlight. From breakfast in the lush courtyard, to enjoying dinner in the comfort of our suite, and ending the evening at the Writer’s Bar, every moment was a pleasure. Sorry, no pictures, we prefer to enjoy the moment and make memories instead. Raffles is not just a hotel; it’s an experience that stays with you long after you leave. A place we truly cherish and can’t wait to return to.

I strongly recommend the Raffles Heritage Tour to experience the history of the iconic Raffles Hotel. Our tour guide Roslee was extremely informative and able to answer all of our questions. Roslee made for a wonderful, personalised experience of Raffles Hotel through his generosity of time, welcoming nature and historical expertise. This behind-the-scenes tour was a real highlight of our trip to Singapore!
