I checked into the hotel quite late at night, and when I tried to order room service, the QR-code system had already stopped taking orders. Fortunately, Zaw from the hotel staff kindly assisted me and arranged a phone order. The dish prepared by Chef Chien Loong was exceptional — truly on a different level compared to any restaurant. It was my first day in Singapore and my flight had arrived late, so I was exhausted, but the meal gave me the energy I needed. I really appreciate the warm welcoming and thoughtful support from the team. Highly recommended!

Location : great near Chinatown Atmosphère, room , Cleanliness : wonderful , grand luxe . Reception desk : Staff at the reception very professional, helpful , patient & understanding. Special attention was given to me for my birthday with a bottle of red wine and a cake delivered to my room. Extraordinary service. I highly recommend this hotel and I would come back for sure

Very nice hotel in the heart of the city and right above the MRT. Check-in by Abel was great - he patiently helped me check on my reservation which somehow didn’t get through (my bad!). Room was very well-maintained with free mini-bar. Drinks and food at the lobby were good; surprised that happy hour was from 4-10pm! Overall, it was a very good stay as the bed was very comfortable and room was cleaned well by the housekeeper. Would certainly come again!
