지난번 싱가포르 여행에 이어 또 가족여행으로 방문. 2박 3일간 친절함과 배려에 잘 지내다가 갑니다. 조식도 맛있고 차이나 타운쪽 구경하기엔 위치도 괜찮아서, 편안해서 찾게 되는거 같아요. 체크아웃 때 룸차지로 달아놓은걸 리워즈 차감 하려니 잘 모르는 직원분이 있으셔서 계속 그 분과 대화 할 때는 어려움이 살짝 있었는데.. 나중에 다른분이 오셔서 깔끔하게 처리해주셨어요~ 그 때 빼고는 다 편안하게 잘 지내다가 갑니다. 호텔 라운지에 크리스 님을 다시 만나 아주 반가웠어요~ 그는 유머러스하고 친절합니다 :)

위치는 좋았어요. 객실은 청소가 잘 되어 있지 않고 샤워실에 붉은 곰팡이가 넓은 면적에 있었어요. 세면대 옆 정수기는 설치를 잘못한듯 했고 고장나 사방에 물이 튀었습니다. 조식을 굳이 신청했는데 굉장히 실망스러웠어요 종류도 적지만 맛이 없었고 대다수의 동양인은 구석에 서양인은 창가에 자리를 배정합니다.
