Back here again after last stay earlier this year in March. Excellent service starting from Check-In all the way to F & B and Executive Lounge Staff as well. Nice welcome fruit platter and some nice touches from Housekeeping Staff who's always very helpful and responsive, which is very much appreciated. Also nice to see familiar faces from previous visits (hello Roderick!) the hotel staff and their dedication to go above and beyond to make your visit a very pleasant one in what surely must be a very busy and challenging time of the year is indeed admirable!

The staff are super helpful and friendly. The views from the hotel are superb! This is the our first time staying at this hotel, but will definitely come back next year! The location is very good. It sits right above Raffles city. It’s very close to the MRT!

We stayed one night on a deal as normally stay next door at The Fairmont. The hotel is huge, busy & feels a little chaotic. We did love the lobby space though & the fabulous tea area. The room was nice, clean, has everything you need. The balcony door didn’t seal shut though so noise & wind leaked in. The view was incredible & location is perfect. Great for a flying visit.
