What a wonderful experience from check in till check out! I’ve stayed in this hotel numerous times, under Accor gold member. Although most time I do get an upgrade in room type, but this time the service was impeccable! On check in, I was served by Wan Ting. This time I booked a normal premium room with city view. Wan Ting enthusiastically served me, with a smile always to help. Excellent service! I asked whether there was any upgrade above my class. Wan Ting promptly checked for me, and I was upgraded to a super high floor city view (as beautiful as the marina view) with executive lounge visit, abeit for an extra fee of only $150 plus. On top of that, she showed me how to get my free welcome drink from Accor. The lounge was really worth it, as I get to go to the lounge for cocktails and canapés, The lounge offer excellent view all round (city and marina view) and also allowed us to have breakfast for the whole family the next day! The room assigned was on the 60th floor which has excellent view. It was super clean and well sized. The amenities are all excellent. Would recommend staying here again !

Although not our first staycation here, however in comparison, this is most disappointing. We both encounter itchiness on our legs after a night sleep. Is it the bedsheet or blanket? No bidet in toilet. Breakfast at L65 average. Someone touched my compact foundation. So sad. For the price we are paying, we can get a suite room at another hotel with free parking :(

I’ve stayed in Swissotel the Stamford Singapore several times in the past. The previous Swissotel service is remarkable and all of their staffs were really great and helpful. Also, within the year, I stayed at several Accor Hotels like Fairmont, Pullman Hill Street, Pullman Orchard, and Mercure Bugis. All of them had great service. BUT, the Swissotel right now all of the previous staffs are gone and the NEW ONES are really really RUDE. The service right now doesn’t deserve the 5-star hotel recognitions they have. Even though the rooms in Swissotel have excellent views for Marina Bay, I highly advise to stay away from this hotel. High probability, on the Check-In you will be met with rude staffs who doesn’t respect their customers no matter what kind of Accor membership tier you have. I don’t even know how did the hotel management hire this new staffs and passed their standards. Really disappointed with the new management of this hotel. Most likely, this will be my last time staying in Swissotel, and might not go to other Accor hotels in this case.
