Very spacious and modern room with an amazing view of the Singapore skyline! Service was always outstanding, especially the thoughtful gestures from housekeeping staff Zhen Qiang. There is a wide variety of breakfast options and I enjoyed the gym facilities.

I will stay in Swissotel every time when I travel to SG. The room is big and the excellent thing is the super nice Marina Bay view with very high floor room. It is also located in City Hall area which is super convenient. This is also the first time I got this cutie doggie and rabbits. Highly recommended this hotel when travelling to SG.

첫번째 싱가폴 여행이었고, 어린아이들과 함께하는 여행으로 스위소텔을 선택한 것은 최고의 선택이었습니다. 교통의 중심에 위치해있어 싱가폴 어디를 가더라도 멀지 않았으며, 래플즈시티에 바샤커피, TWG, 찰스앤키스 등 기념품을 살만한 곳도 많았고, 맛집도 많아서 이용하기 매우 편리하였습니다. 그리고 마리나배이샌즈가 보이는 호텔뷰는 정말 황홀하였습니다. 다음에도 스위소텔 싱가폴을 꼭 다시 방문하고 싶습니다.

I have stayed at this property several times with varying levels of satisfaction. The location is fantastic. It’s connected to one of the best food focused malls and is walking distance (for Europeans maybe less so for the Americans) to many sights and attractions. Public transportation and grab/taxi service is easy as well. This property is very Swiss as one would expect with the decor but also unfortunately with the service at times. I found it frustrating that I could not get my room serviced by housekeeping in a timely manner even when requested. The TV wasn’t working and it took two days to get fixed. I also found it odd that the cleaning supplies they used gave off this horrible chemical smell which required us to open the balcony door and entry door to ventilate our room. I assumed being a Swiss brand they would be more sensitive to sustainability and natural cleaners. The pool and gym facilities are good and the views are truely amazing if you opt for a room on a high floor and includes the lounge facilities. Be prepared for lots of kids at the pool, this may fit your lifestyle but be prepared if you are looking for a more relaxing experience. I found the lounge and the coffee especially underwhelming versus competitive offerings for the price point 400-500 SG$ a night. Overall, I am leaning towards staying at another property the next time I am in Singapore as the cons seemed to overwhelm the pros on this trip. That being said, If you are looking for a more European feel and are being young kids and are less concerned with value, this could be a good fit. A big shout out to Mr Heng who was extremely helpful getting our bags to our room and also at departure time. He brought a more Singaporean feel and comfort to the stay.
