Tittle Tattle

All is bad Room Humidity Awfull breakfast Noise. I ve lost 690 SGD !!! I booked for 4 nights but I prefered live this nightmare ... I m a silver member of all accor I complained but never received answer Be aware of this hotel !!! Hope Accor will keep out the label ibis budget at this hotel

Dear Philippe, We are surprised as our Front Desk had not received any complaint directly from you on your first night stay with us. Many of our guests have found our hotel to be great value-for-money with our strategic location, clean and comfortable rooms and the warm service from our accommodating staff. Our rooms do not have any humidity issues unless you had turned on the aircon at extremely high or extremely low temperature which will cause condensation. We understand that my customer service team had already responded to your email request and explained that you had booked a discounted offer which comes with a non-refundable policy. Had a great time staying at Ibis Budget Selegie. The room was amazing, the AC was so cold, theres a hairdryer, and full amenities. The location is best, near to bus stop, just a walking distance to Bugis and Little India. I love the breakfast menus.

Fantastic location!!, close walking distance to Little India MRT and across the road from great restaurants like Mangiamo. Rooms are small by western standards, but good sized for Singapore. Good staff, bus right at the front door. Breakfast was a little hit and miss which was disappointing. But apart from this minor point everything was great and for a good price, given its location.

Our hotel is only a very short 5 minutes walk to both Rochor and Little India MRT stations, and there are also many buses at our doorstep which allows for easy access to city center and main attractions in Singapore. We are also within walking distance to many attractions such as Little India and Bugis. We currently offer decent range of selections for breakfast including Western, local and vegetarian options for our guests. We think it is quite a decent spread and will continually improve the variety of food items that we offer. We would love to welcome you back for another awesome experience with us on your next visit! NEXT TIME DON'T PUT REGULAR GUEST ON THE SAME FLOOR WITH A GROUP OF ELEMENTRT SCHOOL. THEY KNOCKING MY DOOR AT 4:30AM AND CALL MY ROOM!! THEY SCREAMING AT THE HALL WAY, TRY TO CALL RECEPTION TWICE. THEY RESPON BUT THE KIDS DOING THE SAME THINK. ROOM NOT SOUND PROF

Small room but ok for singapore. Room not so clean behind door with garbage from previous guests. Breakfast lousy!! The worst ever experienced in Singapore .. can't even toast bread correctly and so watered down coffee to save costs with the manager complaining when guests didn't eat all on their plate. No sound proofing so screaming kids slaming doors til 1am and even told hotel staff who just didn't care at all.

In case of excessive noise from the neighbours, my colleagues are usually more than happy to move our affected guest to a different room subject to room availability.
