We booked the hotel for 6 night stay on room only basis.The check in was smooth and did within 10 minutes. The room 603 was clean and small yet manageable for 2.The AC was perfect and hot water is ok.The room services too ok.when we ask for late checkout on 19 th the front office manager was kind enough to give 2 hour late checkout without any hesitation. The hotel was located in close proximity to Rochor MRT and its next door is having 24/7 Indian eating house which is an added advantage for Asian travellers. The hotel dose not have a restaurant but guided their guests to next door restaurant if needed.

Excellent for the money

This hotel deserves more than 2 stars. Hotel is immaculate throughout. Beautiful pool, the rooms are clean and tidy with hairdryer coffee facilities. The reception is very well presented. The location is great for all locations in singapore.

(1) Lack of Wardrobe and refrigerator. it is not convenient especially when you want to stay for more than 3 days. (2) Lack of hotel safe. (3) Chair is not comfortable. (4) Single bed is too small. (5) Some breakfast food are cold, which shall be hot.

Dear Jr-Cheng, Thank you for your feedback. Similar to other new hotels, our room is renovated with a modern, open concept without closets as most travellers now do not require them. Refrigerators are available at our higher-tier rooms with just a small top up fee to enjoy the room upgrade. Your feedback for a safe box has been floated up to the management for their consideration. The size of our bed is thoughtfully selected so as not to take up unneccesary room space and yet without compromising on comfort for our guests. Our breakfast are kept warm using electric tray and replenished regularly. Nonetheless, we will share your feedback with our partnering restaurant. All is bad Room Humidity Awfull breakfast Noise. I ve lost 690 SGD !!! I booked for 4 nights but I prefered live this nightmare ... I m a silver member of all accor I complained but never received answer Be aware of this hotel !!! Hope Accor will keep out the label ibis budget at this hotel

Many of our guests have found our hotel to be great value-for-money with our strategic location, clean and comfortable rooms and the warm service from our accommodating staff. Our rooms do not have any humidity issues unless you had turned on the aircon at extremely high or extremely low temperature which will cause condensation. We understand that my customer service team had already responded to your email request and explained that you had booked a discounted offer which comes with a non-refundable policy. Had a great time staying at Ibis Budget Selegie. The room was amazing, the AC was so cold, theres a hairdryer, and full amenities. The location is best, near to bus stop, just a walking distance to Bugis and Little India. I love the breakfast menus.
