Dear Silvia C., Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent stay at the ibis Styles Sepang KLIA. we sincerely appreciate your comments and regret that this experience did not meet your expectations. After carefully reviewing the incident with our team, we understand the bread you brought from outside was initially consumed in our restaurant. As our policy does not permit outside food and beverages in the restaurant or swimming pool areas, our heartist politely reminded you of this restriction. Subsequently, when you moved to the swimming pool area to continue consuming the bread, our heartist approached you once again to explain the policy. we understand that you then requested to see the signage indicating this restriction. while our heartist was able to show you the existing notice, we acknowledge your feedback that its placement and visibility did not meet your expectations. Your comments have been taken seriously, and we are reviewing the visibility and positioning of our signage to ensure guests are better informed in the future. Our F&B Manager also met with you at the lobby seating area to personally apologies and explain the reasons behind the policy. These restrictions are in place to maintain hygiene standards, food safety, a pleasant environment for all our guests. We are pleased to know that Nurma was able to assist you professionally and provide a clear explanation during the situation.
