Movenpick memang pilihan saya jika datang ke sini tetapi persekitaran agak kurang cantik dan bersih terutama area parking dan kurang tempat untuk santai2 udara luar. Perlu ada tambah baik sebagai hotel 5⭐

Dear Ibu S., Warm greetings from Mövenpick Hotel & Convention Centre KLIA. My name is Shawn, the Loyalty Manager at Mövenpick and it was a pleasure speaking with you earlier over the phone. Thank you for your email and for taking the time to share your concerns with us. We sincerely regret the distress caused by the missing Apple Watch and fully understand the importance of this matter. Please allow me to provide you with a detailed update on the investigation conducted by our team following your initial report on 3 April 2026 at 11:53 AM, shortly after your departure: 1. Immediate Room Inspection Upon receiving your notification, both our Duty Manager, Ms. Lenny, and Front Office Manager, Ms. Easter, promptly proceeded to your room (Room 4205) at approximately 12:25 PM on the same day. A thorough search was conducted, with particular attention to the shower area as highlighted. The inspection included a complete check and stripping of the room; however, no such item was found. For transparency, a video recording was taken during the search process and has been documented. 2. Location Tracking Reference We carefully reviewed the location image you shared, which indicated the device was within the hotel vicinity approximately six hours prior. Based on this, our team extended the search to surrounding areas within the indicated range; however, we regret to inform you that the item was not located. 3. Housekeeping Verification The Room Attendant assigned to clean your room after check-out was interviewed as part of our investigation. A detailed inquiry and re-check were conducted, and the team member has confirmed that no such item was found during servicing. 4. CCTV Review Our Safety & Security Manager has thoroughly reviewed the relevant CCTV footage, particularly focusing on access to your room and surrounding areas. There was no indication of any item being removed, mishandled, or any suspicious activity involving our team members. Based on the above findings, we regret to inform you that the Apple Watch has not been recovered, and there is no evidence to suggest that it was found or handled by any of our staff. That said, please be assured that all our team members strictly adhere to our Lost & Found procedures. Any item discovered in a guest room is required to be immediately reported, recorded, and securely stored. This process is closely monitored, as safeguarding our guests’ belongings remains one of our top priorities. We would like to emphasise that we are not dismissing your concern in any way, and we truly understand your confidence that the item was left in the room. However, based on the comprehensive investigation carried out, we are unable to establish its presence in the room after your departure. Should there be any new updates from your end, such as a change in the device’s location or any additional information, please do not hesitate to share this with us. We remain fully committed to assisting you and will gladly extend our cooperation for any further review if required.
