Kesemuanya OK, Kaunter OK, layanan staff sangat OK, Terbaik, Layanan Technician ketika telefon mempunyai masalah, sangat terbaik, staff bawa beg ke Bilik, sangat terbaik, dan sangat Puas Hati. Tetapi, seluruh sarung tilam dan sarung bantal, berbau peluh orang, yang mana, sangat pekat dan sangat busuk. Seolah2, tak berbasuh langsung. Tak boleh tidur dengan bau peluh manusia yang sangat busuk. Sepatutny, setiap kali customer checkin, Pastikan sarung tilam, sarung bantal, di basuh dengan baik, Jika tidak, jangan sewa kan Bilik tersebut pada customer lain. Busuk sangat, sampai kami sekeluarga susah nak tidur, dan bangun dengan bau yang melekat di tudung, dan di baju2. Bau tersebut, memang Seolah2, segala kelengkapan tilam itu, mmg tak di basuh langsung. Di pakai semula sebelum di basuh. Tolong jangan buat begini lagi pada customer. Sangat tak puas hati. Mohon perbaiki selepas ini.

First and foremost, I would like to sincerely thank you for taking the time to complete our guest satisfaction survey and for sharing your valuable feedback. While we are delighted to learn that you were pleased with the service provided by our Front Office, Engineering, and Bell Service teams, I am deeply sorry to learn about the condition of the bed linens and pillowcases in your room. Please accept my sincerest apologies for the unpleasant odor you and your family experienced during your stay. I fully understand how disappointing and uncomfortable it must have been, especially when a clean, fresh, and comfortable sleeping environment is one of the most fundamental expectations of any hotel stay. The experience you described is certainly not reflective of the standards we strive to uphold, nor the experience we wish our valued guests to have. As discussed during our conversation, all bed linens and pillowcases at our hotel are required to undergo a thorough laundering process and quality inspection before being placed in any guest room. Our Housekeeping team is regularly trained and reminded of the importance of ensuring that all linens are properly changed, cleaned, and presented to the highest standard before a room is released for the next arriving guest. While this procedure is consistently followed, it is evident that on this occasion we fell short of our own standards. For this, I sincerely apologize and take full responsibility on behalf of the team. Pn. Hanizar, we truly value your patronage and would be grateful for the opportunity to restore your confidence in us.
