Hai , saya menginap pada 3/4-4/4, bilik 1503 , tingkat 15 , bilik tidur saya , lampu semua rosak kecuali lampu wardrobe , mesin basuh tidak boleh digunakan , terima kasih

Maaf kerana apartment kali ini tidak seperti yang sebelumnya(saya stay dah 5 kali since banyak mesyuarat dan event di KPT). Untuk apartment kali ini mempunyai masalah shower tidak berfungsi, floor trap menakung air mandian menyebabkan bilik air berbau kurang enak. Air di sekitar mangkuk tandas juga tidak kering semalaman hal ini menyebabkan kami rasa sangat tidak selesa. Mohon pengurusan hotel dapat melaksanakan pemeriksaan dan kerja-kerja balik pulih dengan lebih berkesan agar dapat memastikan pelanggan rasa puashati stay di Mercure.

Sangat tidak memuaskan. Hari pertama sahur makanan dihantar ke bilik. Hari kedua tiada makluman, tunggu sehingga nak habis waktu. Selepas call, cakap makanan disediakan dihantar ke bilik cafe.
