Penginapan keseluruhan sangat berpuashati.Keseluruhan sangat selesa dan lengkap.Ruang tamu,dapur, bilik dan toilet sangat bersih.Kelengkapan overall sangat baik. Interior design pun cantik dan rasa tenang.Bukan saya sahaja yang suka tapi anak-anak pun suka. Tak puas bermalam di hotel ni.Tapi last time stay sebab nak tengok anak human grafik masa hari kemerdekaan.Tapi seriously tak sangka best pulak hotel ni.Kalau tanya nak repeat or tak.Saya memang nak repeat next time.Very recommended. Saya bagi 9/10 ⭐ sebab yang kurang hanya 1 time tu service masa nak check in sahaja.Staff agak kelam kabut.Tapi layanan okay je,bersopan.Thanks staff n pihak Mercure living hotel.
