This hotel is perfectly situated for either a leisure break or for a work trip to Liege. The hotel was spotless, the staff were all pleasant, knowledgeable and courteous. The restaurant was superb and the breakfast delicious and well presented.

The hotel is good, location is not, the street around the hotel was run down and dirty, with dogs poo all around. The reception was not that friendly, we requested room service for tea, was told that room service would call but never did. Again the next day, we tried room service again and was told they were too busy. That is unacceptable. The TV does not work, told the reception but nothing was done. The window is broken in the room. Very disappointed!!! But in breakfast room the waitress Maria was exceptionally helpful a very friendly and helpful staff. Big thumbs up to her

Staff very friendly and helpful, hotel met all requirements even though we visited on day both Restaurant and Bar closed.
