Отель - то что надо для короткой туристической поездки

Был забронирован номер с видом на Босфор, но сначала заселили в номер с видом на забор. По просьбе переселили в номер 1717. Вид впечатляющий, но в номере не работала автоматика электричества, приходилось оставлять одну карту в слоте на входе. Ручной душ был сломан, после просьбы заменили. Слив унитаза тоже был сломан. Вода переставала литься только после повторного нажатия. Кровать queen size была собрана из двух матрасов, которые разъезжаются. Номер оказался смежным с соседним и через дверь было слышно стоны соседей. Не приятно. В отеле на завтраке не было кофе машины, а чайники с вареным кофе принесли только к 10:00!!!!! Помидоры черри были плохо мытые. Грязь скрипела на зубах. Рыбы на завтраке не было вообще. На 9 этаже проводятся вечеринки даже в будни. Музыка грохочет до часа ночи. После поездки в Стамбул вернулись уставшие и разбитые. Хотя планировали провести романтический викэнд. Выбрали софитель, потому что в других странах Sofitel это всегда про высокий класс комфорта. Но это точно не про Стамбул.

First of all, we are sorry that the initial room assigned did not correspond to your reservation expectations. Although we are pleased that an alternative room with a Bosphorus view was arranged, we deeply regret the technical issues you experienced afterward, including the electrical system, shower equipment, toilet flush, and bedding configuration. Please be assured that your comments have been shared with our Engineering and Housekeeping teams for immediate review and corrective action. We also understand your discomfort regarding the connecting room and the noise disturbance, as well as the loud music from events held on the upper floor. We sincerely apologize that this negatively affected the relaxing and romantic atmosphere you had planned for your trip. Furthermore, we regret that the breakfast experience fell below your expectations. Your comments regarding the coffee machine, food variety, and food preparation standards have been carefully noted and shared with our Food & Beverage team for improvement. At the same time, we appreciate your positive remarks regarding the cleanliness of the room and housekeeping service. Чувствуетя некая усталость отеля. Но это единственный и не значительный минус. Месторасположение просто потрясающее. Команда отеля, на всех уровнях просто великолепна. Ресторан Oven шикарен. Вид с террасы просто завораживает. Любые вопросы решаются быстро и качественно.

Мне понравилось, персонал хороший, останавливались на 3 ночи, бронировала три раза и все три на trip.com так как статус у меня высокий мне полагается подарок тарелка фруктов при заезде и поздний выезд, все три раза фруктов не было 🥲, на ресепшене спросила сказали да, сейчас принесём и ничего не принесли! В целом всё хорошо.
