위치와 시설은 이미 알고 있어서 기대하고 있었습니다. 생각외로 조식중 국수가 매우 훌륭했습니다. 일본섹센이지만 한국분들 입에도 잘 맞는 생선조림과 김치가 잘 어울릴 것이라 생각합니다. 리셉션 응대도 편안하고 빨랐습니다. 아쉬운 점은, 머무는 동안 단체팀(BNL 등)이 많이뫘는데 그들은 자정까지 요란한 음악으로 시끄러웠고 조식당에서는 빈자리를 새치기하며 같은 일행만을 노골적으로 챙기는등 불편함을초래했습니다. 밤늦은 소음에대한 그 어떤 알림이나 배려가 전혀 없다는 점은 노보텔과 어울리지 않습니다. 머무는 층을 분리할 수 있습니다.

신축이지만 관리상태가 최악이다. 직원들은 친절한사람이 없다. 청소상태 최악이다. 수영장 수질도 안좋다. 체육관에 운동할 기구도 없다. 룸메이드에게 타월 정리하는 방법부터 가르쳐라.
