프론트, 컨시어지, 레스토랑, 바의 직원들이 친근하고 친절합니다. 수영장 물이 깨끗하고, 넑고 쾌적합니다. 주변에 다양한 시장이 많아 재밌습니다. 3박 동안 조식은 약간 아쉬웠습니다. 매일 메뉴 구성에 조금씩 변화가 있으면 더 좋을 것 같습니다.

2박후 좋아서 다시 갔습니다. 그러나 2번째방은 작은 문제들이 많더군요. 카드키넣는곳이 부서지고 체중계에 건전지가 없고 조명이 간혈적으로 깜박이고 옷걸이는 한개가 빠져있고 프런트는 미안하다는 말한마디없고 그저 ok, 알겠다. 고쳐주겠다. 뿐이였습니다. 머무는것으로 끝나기엔 4성호텔의 대처가 아쉽습니다.
