이비스 파타야는 좋은 위치 말곤 장점이없다 직원이 친절하지 않다. 리셉션은 늘 바쁘고 문의하려면 늘 기다려야하고 웃는얼굴로 친절하게 안내를 받지 못했다. 욕실은 좁고 머리카락이 있고 줄눈사이 곰팡이가 있는등 청소가 미흡했다.

코로나 전에는 많이 이용한 호텔이어서 이번도 선택하게 되었는데 정말 최악을 경험하고 다시는 이용 안합니다. 1. 사전 체크 인을 했는데도 체크인 시간이 20분 이상 걸림 2. 1명 이용으로 예약했는데 그 좁은 방에 싱글 베드가 하나 더 들어와 있음, 여유 공간이 없어서 갑갑해 죽는 줄 알았음 3. 짐을 맡기는데 확인하고 태그는 붙여주는 사람도 없고 스스로 알아서 하고 찾을 때도 확인도 안 함 어떻게 믿고 짐을 맡기나요 친절한 모습은 하나 찾아볼 수 없고 어떻게 코로나 전이랑 이렇게 최악으로 바뀌는 지 아직도 의문임 확인하시고 개선 및 피트백 부탁합니다
