Gentle Feedback Regarding Assistance at Hotel Entrance

I am writing to share some feedback regarding an experience that occurred this morning at approximately 10:00 a.m. at the entrance of your hotel. I arrived to pick up four guests who were staying at your hotel. At that time, I noticed that the bell staff did not provide assistance in a manner that would normally be expected. Although staff members were standing at the front entrance, the main doors were not opened for the guests, and the guests had to open the doors themselves while the staff continued standing and talking without paying attention to their duties. Regarding the luggage, there were four large suitcases along with smaller bags. The bell staff pushed the luggage trolley to the vehicle; however, no assistance was provided to lift the luggage into the car. As a result, I had to load the suitcases myself. While lifting the third suitcase, which was quite heavy, I politely asked for assistance. Unfortunately, the staff member appeared unhappy and responded by saying, “Leave it, I’ll do it myself,” in a tone that felt unprofessional and discourteous. I would also like to mention that this was not an isolated observation. When the guests were dropped off previously, one of the same staff members made a comment such as, “Oh, that’s a full load,” which gave the impression of unwillingness to perform the job. This pattern suggests that the issue may relate to attitude and training rather than a single incident. I believe that assisting guests with doors and luggage is a fundamental responsibility of bell staff and an important part of the overall guest experience. I respectfully suggest that the two staff members involved may benefit from additional guidance, training, and supervision to ensure that service standards and professional manners are consistently upheld. Please note that the events described above should be clearly visible on the hotel’s CCTV cameras, which may help support the accuracy of this feedback. My intention in writing is purely constructive. I sincerely hope that this matter will be reviewed and that appropriate coaching or training will be provided, so future guests may enjoy the level of service that your hotel aims to deliver. Superb Holiday Experience - Best place to be Pullman Pattaya Hotel G

We were a large group of 13 family members enjoying NYE and spent 5 nights at Pullman Pattaya Hotel G. What a wonderful experience. Upon arriving at the reception a bit early on the 30 December we were greeted by Tisha at the reception. She was professional and very efficient. We were allocated the rooms correctly and whithin the acceptable time we had our rooms. The hotel , rooms and servcies were exceptional as team members like Tisha, Banks and Bell Services team, Peter, Leo Tana from the Restaurant team were the reason we will go back. The NYE Party at the Beach Club Miami Glam 2025 was well organised from start to finish. It was safe for young children and our family had such a good time. Well worth the spend. The Dinner was amazing. We had spa treatments and the therapist were very good. ( apologies forgetting her name) Again from the reception of the Spa to the treatment and complete the service the teams are well trained. Thank you Pullman's Pattaya G .... Keep going and keep up the good Team work and Excellent Service.
