Bebek yatağı siparişi vermiştim fakat sadece bebek beşiği geldi yatak vermedi resepsiyon ve sizin sorununuz dedi.

Dear Ayhan, Thank you for your feedback. I am truly sorry to hear about your disappointing experience. Please accept my sincere apologies that the rooms were dirty, this is completely unacceptable. I also deeply regret that you requested a baby bed but only received a cot without a mattress, and that reception told you "it's your problem." This is not how we should treat any guest, and I have addressed this with our team immediately. Your 1/10 score reflects serious failures on our part. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back and provide the clean, family-friendly, and respectful stay you should always expect.
