Zacznijmy od plusów – pokój z widokiem na zatokę faktycznie ma piękny widok. Pokój jest urządzony w nowoczesnym stylu i napakowany nowymi technologiami. Efekt otwierających się zasłon przy wejściu do pokoju jest fenomenalny. Niestety łóżko i poduszki nie należą do najwygodniejszych. Powiem więcej - w hotelach sieci IBIS mają wygodniejsze łóżka. Śniadanie, mimo że obfite, było pozbawione smaku. Nazwałbym je po prostu w porządku. Z pewnością na mieście zjadłbym smaczniej za podobne pieniądze. Warto wspomnieć również że pokoje mają ciemne łazienki - zrobienie makijażu jest w nich praktycznie niemożliwe. Prawdopodobnie dlatego na liście powitalnym wręczanym podczas zameldowania jest informacja o możliwości zamówienia przenośnego lusterka z doświetleniem do pokoju, ale jaka niespodzianka - dla nas ich nie wystarczyło. Jest dużo informacji o benefitach dla członków programu Accor w tym o powitalnym drinku. Niestety nie udało nam się go dostać podczas zameldowania.

While I am pleased to hear that you appreciated the bay view from your room, the modern design, and the welcoming effect of the automated curtains, I am truly sorry to learn that many other aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. Please accept my sincere apologies for the discomfort you experienced with the bedding and pillows. Restful sleep is a key part of any hotel experience, and it is regrettable to know that we fell short in this area. Your feedback on breakfast is also well noted – while we aim to provide both variety and flavor in our offerings, we clearly did not deliver the quality you were anticipating. We will review this closely with our culinary team to ensure a more satisfying dining experience. I am equally concerned about your comments on the bathroom lighting and the lack of a portable makeup mirror during your stay. This is certainly not in line with the service standards we strive to uphold, and I will be following up with the team to reinforce the importance of ensuring such amenities are available and offered proactively to our guests. It is particularly disappointing to hear about the missed recognition of your ALL – Accor Live Limitless membership benefits, including the welcome drink. Please allow me to apologize most sincerely for this oversight. Recognizing and appreciating our loyal members is of utmost importance, and I regret that this was not reflected in your experience. Your comments about Wi-Fi speed, the level of service interaction, and the welcome at check-in have also been shared with the relevant departments for immediate review and improvement. We are grateful for your honest feedback, as it helps us identify the areas where we must do better. I truly regret that we did not leave you with the impression of hospitality that Pullman is known for.
