Price and location was great. Very close to all the action at Clarke Quay. The rooms are simple and the shower and air conditioning is fine. The Office staff were very helpful and courteous. There is a lovely pool on the roof. Will go there again for sure.

Friendly staff, walkable for most sights (including the F1 street circuit) and close to a large selection/ choice of restaurants/ shops/ eating places. Only word of note/ caution would be that we had a windowless small room and although good value it did feel very cosy for a couple with bags.

The rooms are very small however it’s Singapore and I think most are small. The rooms were very clean, done daily. WiFi was vg. The staff were lovely and friendly. Breakfast next door was sufficient - not the sausages though! Good location, central.

Sorry to say that this was the worst value for money experience in SE Asia and one of the worst anywhere. Yes, I know space is scarce & precious in Singapore so the rooms must be small but a few years ago I paid only double of this per night price in Marina Bay Sands. Very small room is constantly lit by the TV sensor, TV can not be plugged off, no soap in the bathroom, no cleaning (maid coming at 16:00 when you have the afternoon break, not before, not later). Good side: nice breakfast next door. Bad side: bad coffee. Alas.

Pls do check prices at Marina Bay Sands now for a fair comparison. Just an overnight before flying on. For this application perfectly fine, Rooms are small but wifi is fine, CERTAINLY NOT SOMEWHERE FOR A HOLIDAY IN SINGAPORE STAYbed comfortable and shower fine. Location is good close to MRT. Certainly not somewhere you’d stay for a holiday but in transit fine.
