The highlight of the my stay was definitely the location. Just a short walk away from Bugis Junction and Suntec City. I was able to queue early to try Chick-fil-A thanks to the convenient location! Room was not yet ready for an early check-in, but as a Platinum member, I came back at around 2 PM and my room was upgraded to their highest tier which I truly appreciated! The room was clean and spacious enough. Bed and pillows were all comfortable. View was also nice. At noon a welcome amenity was delivered to my room. All the staffs who handled me were polite. Would recommend and come back here again :)

Centrally located in Bugis. Close to all transportation. Nice loft rooms. Excellent breakfast. A small negative note: an Accor hotel in South East Asia without an Italian TV channel.

Mercure is close to many excellent dining amd shopping options. It is also a quick taxi ride to MBS. The staff made our stay special by decorating the room for my daughter's birthday and a surprise birthday slice of cake. The staff honored the Accor benefits, where other neighboring hotel partners slacked on those benefits. Breakfast and privilege lounge were satisfying. Rooms are a bit small as expected in Siingapore. Great place for the price point.
