I been to this property with my family. I overall stayed for one night here. Check in was Swift. It is located on the main area of the Singapore due to the high rush reception is booked all the time regarding the room size it is as usual and less than an average. Ibis mostly properties are suitable for the corporate or for those who need just for the sleep not for the leisure, After 10Pm housekeeping don’t respond so be cautious if u need towel, cleaning etc let them know in advance. Regarding food the quality of the food was fine and acceptable regarding checkout. Due to the high rush. It takes time. So overall I prefer to give three point 3.5/5

The staffs were helpful and friendly, the checkin and checkout were speedy. The room was modern looking and thoroughly cleaned. The breakfast was amazing and I couldn't stop myself from eating everything! Overall a very pleasant stay and really worth the price!

This hotel provided a delightful and comfortable stay. Absolutely nothing to criticise. Not luxurious, but very clean. Breakfast was included and was amazing. Restaurant had a very good selection of meals, at reasonable prices. Food excellent. Highly recommend!

We stayed at the IBIS twice in 2 weeks and it was good on both occasions. I took advantage of the upgrade option that they email through to you, which gives you a discounted opportunity to upgrade your room. And it was worth it to get a bit more space and a bigger bed. We had the breakfast included, and I think their breakfasts are very good with plenty of options. Also, they start breakfast earlier during Ramadan (at approx. 4am) which was handy for us on the final trip as we were leaving the hotel at 5am. We also had a problem with our phone and the air conditioning unit. A technician arrived in five minutes and resolved both issues quickly and politely. Excellent. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom reasonably large with a decent shower. It is also very close to the Bencoolen MRT station (about 7 mins walk). If you feel adventurous you can catch the MRT to and from the airport like we did. Saves a bit on taxis (a standard trip on the train to the airport is approx. $2 Singapore, while a taxi is $30+ Singapore). Overall, a good hotel, reasonably well located, and decently priced by Singapore standards. I'd recommend it.

Our trip to Singapore took a rough start when we checked into Hotel G.C. near Orchard, which turned out to be a complete nightmare. Desperate for a clean, comfortable, and budget-friendly place, we found Ibis Bencoolen—and it saved our entire trip! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly accommodating, especially Mr. Anwar, who personally showed us the room before we booked through Agoda (pro tip: it’s cheaper than booking onsite!). Within just 90 minutes, they had our room ready, and we were led to a spotless, well-appointed space with a huge, comfy bed—a complete game-changer after our previous experience. Despite the bathroom being a bit compact, it was impeccably clean. While there was no bidet, we managed just fine. The strong water pressure made showering a delight, and the fresh, odor-free towels were replaced daily. The room had ample space for two large and two small suitcases, a mini-fridge, an ironing board, and even a box of face napkins, which turned out to be surprisingly handy. Beyond the room, the hotel ambiance was fantastic—a spacious, fragrant lobby with a welcoming atmosphere. They required a 100 SGD deposit (cash or card), which was straightforward. The exterior was well-designed, with a covered pickup area, so we never had to worry about getting wet in the rain. And the view? A breathtaking panorama that made every moment feel even more special. Location-wise, it couldn’t be better! A 7-Eleven is right outside the hotel, making it incredibly convenient for quick snacks, drinks, or essentials anytime. The nearest train station is just a 5- to 7-minute walk away, making it easy to explore the city. And for food lovers, a fantastic 24-hour Thai restaurant is right across the street—perfect for a late-night meal after a long day of sightseeing. From start to finish, Ibis Bencoolen exceeded our expectations, proving that a great hotel can turn a trip around completely. Highly, highly recommend!
