Centrally located close to everything. The best thing about this place is its location and attentive staff. Special mention of Bern from the concierge team who went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. Rooms on 17th floor are ok, but outdated. Not the 5 star type of room that you would expect.

The staff made us feel welcoming, the atmosphere was grand, the room is well cleaned , value for money! The staff are well trained to make you feel the hotel just like your second home, good experience with Fairmont Singapore!

The Fairmont Singapore is absolutely wonderful! Pros - Great location - walking distance to all of Singapore’s essential attractions. - Raffles City is right below it making it very convenient to shop and dine - Raffles Hotel is across the street - make sure to join them for high tea - Major Pro: Fairmont Gold Lounge is TOP NOTCH. Special kudos to James and team - they take such good care of everyone at the lounge. James is definitely a highlight. His entire team is wonderful, warm and kind. - Kelly at the spa was also wonderful - best massage I’ve had in a while. Cons - Spa needs a major refresh - it is very old. Service is fantastic, but the facilities are very old.

I’d like to give a special shout-out to Minji from Housekeeping. She was incredibly helpful and cleared the mini-bar immediately after I requested it for my children's safety. Her quick response and kind attitude gave me great peace of mind. The management also provided fresh muscats and a warm welcome note, making us feel very valued. Thank you, Minji and the Fairmont team, for the world-class hospitality!

Our overall experience, and especially the numerous touch-points and interactions that we had with the hotel staff at the Fairmont Hotel, were all excellent. Robert at the entrance was warm and helpful, as were Eirene and Bern at the Prego and the Cocierge respectively.
