Dear Somchai M., Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback with us. We’re glad to hear that you found the room clean and comfortable, and that our location was convenient for your travels. However, we regret that there were a few issues that affected your stay, such as the missing shower gel and cups. We also apologize for the inconvenience regarding the luggage route.
