Amazing Staff and Delicious Breakfast!

Two weeks ago, we had a fantastic three-day stay at Hotel Ibis West Zurich during a conference and we highly recommend it to others! The hotel was clean, comfortable and conveniently located near the city center. The staff was exceptionally welcoming especially Vjollca from Kosovo who was incredibly helpful and made our experience even more enjoyable. Her professionalism and warm hospitality made us feel at home. One of the highlights of our stay was the delicious breakfast, which offered a great variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day. A heartfelt thank you to Vjollca and the entire team!

We stayed at Ibis Budget and had breakfast at Ibis. Jarna Khan attended us during breakfast and her manners were extremely friendly. She made us feel at home. The breakfast was good and had a lot of options. The fruits were fresh. When the eggs finished, Jarna took soecial care to make fresh eggs for us.

Stayed at his hotel- absolutely loved it! The rooms are super cozy and clean and the beds are so comfy it’s hard to get up. The staff is amazing – always helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great and the location is perfect. Everything IS close by and easy to get around. Definitely coming back next time I’m in Zurich!
