It was an amazing experience the staff was very kind and helpful. At first we took our room but we weren’t satisfied the view wasn’t good and also they were building next to us so it was very noisy at night and we couldn’t sleep! After contacting the receptionist cristale she gave us another room and upgraded our room thanks to her. So my advice so everyone who is planing to go on may or this year be careful and make sure your room is not next to a construction area. Over all our experience was amazing we enjoyed the stay so much i’v been to so many hotels but this one is different and what makes it different is thw good service and the staff. The receptionist ELIAS on the ground floor this man needs a raise, he helped us every day to take a taxi and made sure we were safe and enjoying our stay. Thank you so much elias Ans thanks to the sls hotel you are amazing i’ll sure i will be back soon

The seats of balcony not clean at all, I couldn’t sit on it because of dirty, the complimentary water they send us filtered water ( they refill it) and this is so bad , the housekeeping service take long time if you request anything you need, however, the room was good, the cooler was good as well

I was looking very much forward to try and stay at SLS Dubai. I knew the hotel already from it fantastic restaurants such as Carna and Filia. We decided to book "SKY PREMIUM KING WITH BALCONY" room 5926 for 2 nights. Due to our flight we checked-in very late by 11:30pm, very friendly and smooth checkin. After we entered our room we saw the first disappointment. -The Bathroom was facing a construction building, and the construction guys worked during night and saw straight to our bathroom window. We closed the courtins but still there was a space in the corners to see through. - After we went to bed we noticed that there are 4 mosqitos ( we called housekeeping to spray and fix) After a 2nd reminder someone came and sprayed for the night and asked to call again in the morning to treat the room against mosquitos. We did that in the next morning before we left the room. As we cane back there were still a few mosquitos (acc hotel due the heavy rain 2 weeks ago) -Bed was ichy and my gf git a bite at her back. Guess a bed bug. At checkout we mentioned all the problems again. There was only a "sorry for the inconveniences" As I asked as a minimum not to charge our 2 beers from minibar he said he cannot do anything as F&B works seperatly. Usually for all that experience the hotel should offer a discount or reduction. nothing happend and there was no will to do anything. By the way the checkout took ages as the front office guy wants the confirnation from housekeeping that we took 2 beers as i mentioned. 10min waiting only for that! No trust in guests! Compare to Raffles Dubai (Accor too) SLS has the worst service! I read in Tripadviser that many complaint about the room which facing construction area, why you dont mention that on your website or offer massiv discounts for those rooms? I hope to check my review carefully and looking forward to your answer and action. Best regards Jerome
