SLS Dubai is a beautiful and elegant hotel with a nice room design. However, the cleanliness was very poor, and the service was slow. I was also surprised that breakfast was served in the room. A staff member entered my room at 14:00 to collect dishes without permission, even though my checkout was at 16:00. Overall, disappointing experience due to service and cleanliness.

I wanted to start by saying that overall, I loved the hotel - the cleanliness, location, and all the staff were incredibly friendly. However, I did have a couple of concerns. Firstly, I had emailed the hotel ahead of time to request that one of the apartments be prepared for a birthday celebration, but upon arrival, nothing was set up, and one of the rooms wasn't even ready despite checking in after 3 pm. I wasn't too pleased with the lack of attention to this detail although I informed the receptionest upon my arrival about this set up. Secondly, I noticed that there are pets allowed in the hotel, which made me quite uncomfortable, especially since I'm afraid of dogs. It made navigating the hotel a bit of a challenge for me. Lastly, the prices at the hotel's café were quite steep, and considering the quality of food and drinks, I felt it was a bit overpriced.
