That is a real 5 stars hotel with excellent service and amazing view rooms. The price worth it with the service and facilities. It’s so classy and at the same time you feel comfortable anyway. Breakfast is just unbelievable. Have never seen Giant nutela bomboloni in other hotels before. thanks for hospitality and excellent service from elsy and team.

The chinese national restaurant providing tasty chinese food buffet.. food is nice, quite fresh, and they have wide varieties of food.. the place is clean and also have comfortable seating for eating together with family! For sure we will come back in the future!

Thank you to the friendly and caring team in the Executive Lounge! You made my stay so comfortable. I arrived with a sore throat and no voice. Enjoyed having a lunch here for my daughter birthday. The food taste well, service is awesome, vibe is great. Helped a lot with Kautsar, Fauziah and Andre. They are very quick to cater our request and clean up our table so we can experience quality time eating and interacting with each other

The service are outstanding from the staff with service straight from the heart, especially KRISNA from TCN Restaurant. The food is delicious and the dinning restaurant is autentic. The ambience is nice and the surroundings are very clean
