The Novotel hotel in Jakarta was a good spot and nearby the city. The food, hospitality, and cleanliness was superb. The room was spacious, the food has variety of options, porridge and chicken soup was great. Highly recommended and good for the money.

All good for Room, food and service all the best place when you need room for stacation with your familly, couple and your firend. You can inform your friends to join here and try some food, the food is very delicious and so many choice you can try

The location is strategic and nearby all the most visited places in Jakarta. We can go for a little walk to get all the things we need. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They helped me to get all my business done. It went very well. The security guard, Mr. Holan Pardede was very nice and communicative

Nice hotel, some minor maintenance issues

Located between old town and mosque/cathedral but not really close to either. Very comfortable bed but duvet much too thick. Spacious room. Good room facilities with tea/coffee, fridge and good wi-fi but lights by bedside were not working and other travellers said the same. Very nice breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful.

Horrible hotel

We have 6 rooms 3rd-7th Sept. Read earlier reviews really looking forward to stay. However nothing good from this hotel. The water in the washroom is cold The worst is the food in The Square. Come breakfast it’s like a night market and most food are gone. We had our breakfast at 7.15am. Do not stay in this hotel when are in Jakarta
