I stayed at Novotel for a total of 9 nights and 10 days. I stayed in a superior room for 5 nights and a suite for 4 nights. The superior room is also spacious and comfortable. You can also open the window for ventilation. I never felt cramped during my stay. The suite room is very spacious and comfortable. You can work comfortably with 2 bathrooms, a bedroom, a living room, and 2 desks. It may vary depending on the room, but the fun of watching the sunrise made me wake up early every day. And there was a Starbucks across from the lobby, so it was very convenient for a cafe. There are 4 elevators, so transportation is not inconvenient at all except during peak hours. The gym was 24 hours a day and the rest of the time was available. The hotel location was also very convenient. You can go to Chinatown and Old Town on foot. It took 5 to 10 minutes to Chinatown and 15 minutes to Old Town. It's close enough to go for a walk. There are Bluebird taxis right in front of the hotel, and you can also call Grab or GoJack. Just cross the street and the bus stop is right in front. There were a variety of breakfast options, including Japanese, Western, and Indonesian, to suit people from all over the world. Among them, the traditional Indonesian menu served every day was impressive. I was able to experience Indonesian food just by eating breakfast at the hotel. All the staff were so friendly that I remembered the hotel more than the sightseeing tour of Jakarta while I was in Jakarta.

Very recommend this hotel in Jakarta area. It's easy to going any side of Jakarta, 5minutes walking to the Glodok Old ChinaTown. The security, Mr Holan is very helpfull. The view from the 16th floor is beautiful. If you like to shopping, this is a good way:)

Good Hotel for stay for family. Start from the smooth check in and check out very warm receptionist. Superior Suite room with cold AC in the room, very clean room, the room also very well maintained. Taking time to 7 floor for swimming with family and grand children, we were enjoyed our time. The pool was very clear! and very friendly depth. Enjoying my time in Square Restaurant with so much breakfast variation from Indonesia and fusion of Asia. Very recommended restaurant for your meals and hang out. Thank you Novotel Gajah Mada for my memorable stay with the family. We will visit you again soon enough...

It was a great stay that I took along my spouse for a business trip. This hotel facilitate lounge for platinum member above and provide drinks and snack from afternoon to evening. Close to trade Center mall and a lot of culinary area. Breakfast is also good with variety of menu

Very fast check in & I get the smoking room even the smoking floor is already full. Overall the services are excellent. Room is clean enough and access to public transport in front of the building. Just need improvement for room amenities because I think 4 stars hotel need the 4 stars amenities too. Thankyou Eileen for the assistance.
