Since booking process i always request for an extra bed. And i reconfirm my request via email and whatsapp. While check in, the staff said (after a 30minutes) that all extra bed are unavailable. And i wrote a direct complain to accor international. And suddenly we were offered two extra beds in the afternoon... and a apology. Will give a full 5 star if this mishap did not happen

I am an Accorplus platinum member and stayed for 5 nights Positives: Seems like an art gallery with some wonderful pieces of art. The terrace garden, zen garden were good outdoor spaces, I personally liked. The hotel valued me as a platinum member and double upgraded to a suite room which has great views Areas of improvement: I am also a Titanium member with Marriott and stay at various 5 star hotels often and I have never seen such an impersonal experience for a loyalty member, let alone regular guests. I always mention some staff members names for their service, but there was no staff member who even smiled back at me let alone dealing with me personally. I could make out that the staff was really sad over something. I generally get early check-in but having arrived at 2 PM on the day of arrival, for some strange reason nobody clarified as to when exactly can I get my room. I finally managed to get the room at 4 30 PM after getting angry. I am quite accommodating but no personal communication made me quite upset. The room was a disappointment. For a 5 star hotel, you cannot have that dirty carpets. I understand difficult times for the hospitality industry but that dirty carpets are unacceptable. Again on service I am quite accommodating, but the service was very very bad. You ask for water, it will only come after you remind them 2 times and 45 minutes later. I asked for in-room dining menu. They said you can scan on channel 1 or channel 2. The bar code was not there. How can you not know that the bar code is not there on channel 1 and channel 2. I somehow picked up the whatsapp number of the restaurant. And after 30 minutes of messaging them, they could not share the menu. Tired and hungry, went to the nearby mall to eat food and got the menu when I was coming back. Simply pathetic Executive lounge is closed and the loyalty guest have the option of having evening drinks and snacks at the ground floor lounge. Drinks were fine but the food choices were really bad and limited to 4 bite size items and no possibility of customization. Very disappointing. Went there the first day but while at the bar counter waiting for the bar tender, saw a rat coming down the door of the kitchen door at the bar from the same place where the bar tender was getting the tray of snacks. Could not dare to go again the the lounge the next day Nobody enquired how the stay was at check-out nothing. Had planned a longer stay but preferred to cancel all stays and just move out.

Friendly and Pleasant services from the Front Office team and Collage dining crews. Make us will come back again for staycation. It is amazing staycation for leisure and shopping at Central Park mall.👍👍👍

Very good location. Easier for us to find food for lunch and dinner at Central Park Mall and shopping. Also have excellent service. Room is very clean. Recommended hotel for business or holiday with family.

I have a good quarantine experience here. All the staff whom I have encountered with are nice, helpful and polite. Foods are great (love the Indonesian food the most as it was traditional dishes but on fancy presentation.) 👍🏻

Look, I understand that during this pandemic, you have to cut corners to keep your business alive. So I came to your hotel with considerably lower expectations... yet I still feel disappointed. Here's why. - When we arrived at your lobby, the temperature's high enough that we were sweating while waiting for our room. - Yes, we had to wait for our room. 45 minutes, to be exact. What is the purpose of online check in if in the end, the check in process took longer than most 3-star hotels? - The payment process was also troubled; we were promised a special rate in the email (including discounts using GarudaMiles) but at the front desk we were asked to pay considerably more. thankfully after showing the email, this problem was solved but it shows lack of coordination between Sales and the frontliner. - the amenities in the room... again, I know that you had to be as efficient as possible, but no bathrobe, no cotton buds, there's not even a laundry bag... at this point it's just sad. - pool and gym was not open, but that's understandable. - the breakfast was served in the room instead of an open buffet, which is also understandable. but the selection severely lacks, especially compared to other five-star hotel breakfast during pandemic. we asked for the breakfast to be served at 8 am, but it ended up being served at 8.30 am, and that was after we called the front desk to remind them that the breakfast was not yet served. also, the breakfast arrived mostly cold, which didn't help to its already mediocre taste. - this is just minor inconvenience but you should swap your outdated alarm-cum-iPod player with the newest one. and also the TV's remote is out of battery; it's a good thing my phone can also double as a remote. all in all; I was disappointed. there still were some positives though: - the staff is amicable and explains thoroughly what benefits we can use as we stayed at the Executive Suite - room was bigger than I thought. and it's squeaky clean. - the location is strategic as it was next to Central Park. I hope this review is helpful and Pullman can improve what is lacking in the future. I wish you all the best, but I won't be staying at any of your hotels for the time being.

The Usual Great Stay (considering new normal)

Usually stay here at least once a year on my birthday.. always welcomed with delicious (and i mean really2 yummy well prepared) cake + fruits + cookies inside the room. This time checked in a few days after my born day - although no cake and snacks - but ALL Safe.. Room is on minimum amenities but of basic necessities, ones we really use and need. Additional amenities are a phone call away and delivered muy pronto. Welcome drink for 2! (instead of allowing only 1 applied by other hotels although the voucher clearly states valid for 2 when room is occupied for 2 guests) at the very cozy BUNK lobby lounge, with plenty to choose from their beverages list. The usual great stay..

Such a memorable, five-star service experience rarely found in Indonesia

It's been a long time since I last stayed at this hotel since there have been newer 5-star properties in Jakarta from Accor. As I was planning to take the family to the Jakarta Aquarium, I decided to reach a contact person from the hotel from many years ago. To my pleasant surprise, Pameyla Tan is still at the hotel and responded promptly as the Guest Experience Manager of the Guest Experience Department of Pullman Central Park. What follows is one of the most warm, welcoming and professional response and assistance I have ever experienced not just from the Accor Group but from any hotel, and I have spent the last decade staying at numerous 5-star hotels across Asia (Fairmont, Sofitel, Raffles, Intercontinental, Conrad, Ritz Carlton, etc) which are well-known for their hospitality. I think her staying at the same hotel for all these years has enabled her to perfectly know her property and her staff to such an extent that as a guest, I was heavily impressed by the level of service I experienced during my week-long stay with my family. I have been around and I am well aware that such good intention from a manager is not necessarily reflected by each and every single staff we come across at the property. But during my stay, I get a level of service from all the staff - starting from the front desk, the concierge, the restaurant staff, to the cleaning service and security - as if they have just been briefed by the Guest Experience Manager a moment before. Impeccable, and I very rarely utter this word. I have two toddlers and a baby with me, and she offered to provide kids amenities that really, really, made their day. Such a nice gesture. For families, I highly recommend their Executive Suite as it has a double-sized sofa bed more than enough for two kids of any age. Note that for seasoned travellers, whilst the property is not brand new, all the hardware serve their purpose and for those occasions when 5-star means more of the service and staff than the hardware, well, I definitely had one of such and it felt good. I hope the General Manager read my review and realize that he has such a valuable asset in his Guest Experience Manager, Pameyla Tan. My compliment also goes to Edward, a tall, spectacled waiter in the restaurant, who provide such a personalized level of service of which the better-dressed supervisors failed to deliver. I was pleasantly surprised when he can recite all the specific orders my entourage has requested a day before. Thumbs up!

Excellent Hotel

The location is very good, next to Central Park and Neo Soho shopping mall, where we can find many restaurants and shops (including SOGO department store). Friendly staffs. The room was clean and spacious enough for two people, and the bed was comfortable. Loves the ambiance, food, and service of the lobby lounge. Free parking for hotel guests.

The location of this hotel is good. This hotel also implements excellent health protocols, starting from the lobby, receptionist, elevator, and rooms. The room size is so small. I can even say that it feels like stays in 3-star hotel instead for a 5-star hotel like Pullman. Check in and check out was excellent and fast

Slow process during check-in

The room is ok. And the service is so-so. The problem I had is more during check-in. I have done online check-in. However, I still need to queue to check-in and the process also quite slow. I need to wait around 30 mins to get the room key.

I always enjoy staying at Pullman Jakarta Central Park. Hotel is nice, service are excellent and during covid, I can feel that the protocol is performed well so that I feel save and secure staying in Pullman Central Park. Location is excellent as well, as it is just by the big Central Park Shopping Mall and Tribeca where you can find many restaurants. Highly recommended hotel for business and holiday in Jakarta.

Large and comfort bed with spacious and clean room. Friendly staff and fast response when we need additional towel etc in the room. Easy access to Central Park Mall with a lot of restaurants and coffee shop.

Great location, sadly room weren't as clean as before

Stayed here several times because of the great location in Central Park. Parking is free, sadly the room wasn't that clean during my last stay, i accidentally stepped on a cockroach in the room. Didn't bother to call house keeping due to the covid19 situation.

Retro style hotel in Jakarta

Pullman Central Park is one of my favorite hotel in Jakarta. Location is great and right beside Central Park Mall with Tribeka where there are plenty of restaurant and place to hang out. Staff are very nice and helpfull. Room is very nice and Executive lounge is also very nice. Breakfast place is good with many variety of food. Highly recommended hotel for both business and leisure with family.

Was very happy to stay here on 25 Jan 2020 (piblic holiday for chinnese new year). My wife and mom enjoyed the hot chocolate and tasty snacks at your bar, very good value for money. Here also i can share you that we suprised to see the fireworks from our window (11 fl) during our dinner time 20.00 while we enjoyed our room. service salmon, nasi goreng and hongkong noddle. As per the hotel staff, fireworks prepared by the central park mall beside of the hotel in every new year celebration. This is one 'touch' that can bring me back here. We also enjoyed the breakfast, you have a lot of variety. The Pool and shower room with sauna also be my favorite. Thanks.

The grand children had a wonderful time staying 5 days at the PULLMAN hotel. We all (adults & children) enjoyed the breakfast each morning with its wide varieties of food & fruit juices. We were very happy because the Shopping Malls are just next door to the Hotel. The Malls had so many restaurants that we were undecided what and where to eat everyday. We had 2 sets of adjoining rooms (4 rooms altogether) and I can say the children had a wonderful & memorable time.

Check in and check out process was quick with profesional staff. The staff were very helpful and friendly according to All's standard service. The food was delicious with good quality. The sleeping experience was comfortable, nice hotel to stay.

the title of my review may be understating the situation in Jakarta but I was referring to the convenience of having a big mall adjacent to the hotel. this provides superb convenience for travelers in terms of dining and shopping. In terms of distant to the airport, I would say, it is fairly convenient too. Non-peak takes about 30 minutes. (Non peak = 12 am to 5 am). Hotel is also very clean. The staff are extremely helpful and professional. Highly recommend this hotel for business and tourist.
