As first time come to Pullman Jakarta Bar & Launch. I got excelent experience by the drink that really good and suit to me and by the service from all the staff. especially the name is Aldo that serve me a delicious drink that can refresh my mood to do my work at here. And the price for the beverage is still reasonable. Relly recommand for all people who want have time to chill in here.

We had such an enjoyable time celebrating our daughter’s birthday at Pullman Central Park! The ambiance was perfect, the service was excellent, and everything came together to make the day truly special. It was a wonderful experience filled with joy, laughter, and precious memories. Located conveniently next to the Central Park Mall

I was one of the people helping with the Event held at Pullman Central Park and the Staff for the two days have been exceptionally helpful and attentive. From the security, concierge, and especially all the staffs for the Ballroom. Both Iza (Audio visual staffs) and Billa (FnB server) have helped us tremendously during these two days. Very attentive and quick to help us with our needs.

My husband & I had a Suite on the 11th Floor - Room #11-36 for a week. Our check-in was done by Mr Willy & he was very helpful. The living room was spacious & the bedroom was comfortable & spacious too. My only comment is that the soap dispenser in the shower area was not very useful. It was very difficult to dispense the soap. Hope something can be done to it. We hope also to have a soap dish in the Living room toilet for convenience. Breakfast was fantastic and we were spoilt for choice. The Club Access was good and we enjoyed our teatime there, & sometimes dinner too! Throughout our stay, all the Pullman staff were very helpful, kind & friendly. This is the 4th time we are staying in PULLMAN CENTRAL, It is in such a good location. Jakarta & we hope to be back again!

2 nights Getaway with the family, returning from Seoul

the last time I stayed here was in Sept 2017. decided to book this hotel again because of the convenience to the big shopping malls and eateries, went all out on the Executive Suite ( Room 836). checked in pretty late in the night as the arrival from Seoul was 8.30pm. the whole process was swift and easy, reception staff was pleasant and courteous. room is very nice and comfy, very big. as it was late when we checked in, ordered room service. everything was good except for the fish (catch of the day) ... must be 1 hell of a cacth as the fish as tasted like chicken (a bit tough). other issue I had was the shower waterfall wasnt as expected in terms of pressure and toilet had to flush a few time before "all cleared" 🤣🤣🤣 Breakfast is very good, good variety. overall score 8/10!
