The staff is very nice and helpful. The rooms are good. The breakfast is awesome. 2 small suggestions to improve: - For the massage, a special massage table would be even better - The pool should be bigger and some slides for kids would be also welcome

The hotel looks amazing from the outside. We liked the location very much, you can easily walk to the Fatahillah Square. The room was nice and clean. Breakfast was not the best. Croissants were not tasty, the tea tasted like coffee and there was not a lot of fruit. That was a bit of a disappointment in a hotel like this, we expected more.

I arrived early for checkin after a long journey and Tiana kindly arranged for a room to be available when I arrived. The hotel is ideally located for the Old Town of Jakarta, and has excellent amenities and very helpful staff - Thanks Tiana and all the team!

Very good hotel with all the services you need. Very friendly reception, especially Tiana. She makes you feel welcome and will always help you where she can. The lounge is also a nice place to relaxe, with a drink from Mina and a nice talk with her.
