Great place to stay at Jakarta Old Town

The hotel is excelent. But l had little issues both times when l ordered lunch or dinner, but the restaurant solved that issues very well. The location is good for who want to visit the old town. The staff is very polite and eficient. I believe it's an hotel more indicate for business travels but it attend tourists needs too. The highlight is the web conection speed, the faster between all hotels that l have tryed in 11 countries! Congratulations!

Excellent central location to Old Town, museums and Tourist Information booth.

New to Jakarta, we stayed 2 nights to walk across the street to the Batavia area. A volunteer traffic director stopped the traffic so we could cross at the canal corner. Both bank museums were well worthwhile. One has electric animal scooters and an indoor outdoor cafe.

Bad location, bad food, ugly swimming pool and, the cherry on the top: they made me pay a fee for a glass that I accidentally broke. Those gestures make the difference between a good and a bad hotel and this one was simply miserable. Not recommended.

The experience of staying at the Mercure Hotel in Jakarta yesterday was very pleasant, the room was clean, the room interior was nice, modern, the view of our room directly onto the garden was great, the housekeeping team responded very quickly when I requested towels, the room smelled clean, and the check-in process was good, fast, friendly receptionist staff with enjoyed our welcome drink as a family, and for a clean, comfortable restaurant, the waiter and waitress staff were friendly, very helpful, especially Mr. Anjar, he was professional as a waiter to serve guests in the restaurant, and for a good meal, everything from dinner to breakfast, complete with delicious taste and a variety of fruit. very fresh. best hotel Mercure Jakarta Batavia .

The hotel was amazing and clean. The breakfast was really good. Highly recommend it. You have plenty of options in the menu and the buffet is really wide. From contintental to indonesian food. Fruit, coffee options, omelettes. Really nice.
