I was welcomed by spacious lobby and easy check in. Front desk officer (Maria) was also helpful too. The hotel is strategically located in bustling area. Fast food chain, street foods, shopping mall with supermarket are in walking distance. Swimming pool is also available for use on hot sunny days.

The room is good ... Cleanliness are good .. i stay comfortable here .. my company usually stay here and really near by office .. all std are good response and really really helpfull .. next time i will visit again for my staycation mm thanks guys

My n time visit, always like to stay here. But now traffic quiet bad especially construction of subway. Service was good, right from checkin till checkout. Receptionist Jian was great, give me a warm welcome, hotel reception should have staff like her character, chatty and smiling. in Hamoni Cafe Sheina , give me a tip top service while having breakfast. Housekeeping Arif was friendly and great too, keep my room in tip top condition. This year i have my CNY in the hotel, it was fun and got to win 2 price, i lost the second price due to mis place my winner ticket. Overall a great experience and keep up the good work.

Our first stay with grand mercure and i was very satisfied with the service... Receptionist are very welcoming and warm durung check in process.. The room also clean.. Breakfast are great they serve a lot of menu choise .. Very recomended hotel.

I stay for almost two weeks ..The breakfast was great .. they serve a lot of menu .. dinner also good my favorite menu was mie goreng . And also the room are clean tidy and smell good .. staff was very friendly and help full. Only take several minute for check in process
