Thank you to the receptionist who gave my nephew two cute dolls. He welcomed me very warmly and created a wonderful first impression. I forgot his name, but he was wearing a name tag with Japanese writing on it.

The front office staff provided a welcoming and professional first impression of the hotel. They were polite, attentive, and efficient during both check-in and check-out.
