It was an unforgetable stay at Mercure Pantai Indah Kapuk. The room was cozy and very clean, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. But what really made my stay special was the wonderful service from the staff. Riyanti was incredibly kind and attentive, ensuring I had everything I needed. She went above and beyond to make me feel at home, and I really appreciated her help I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return in the future. Thank you, Riyanti, for making my stay unforgettable!

I had a wonderful stay at Mercure Pantai Indah Kapuk The staff were very friendly and made me feel welcome right from the start. Special thanks to Riyanti for being so helpful and offering great recommendations. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location was also perfect – close to PIK Avenue Mall I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

I had a great time at Mercure Pantai Indah Kapuk during my staycation! The room was clean and comfortable, and everything I needed was taken care of. Riyanti were always friendly and ready to help with anything I needed. I had a really relaxing time and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this hotel!

5 stars service.. Wayan is very attentive.. The food is superb... Beef Wagyu is superb! Ramen is very good. Salad is of high quality.. Desserts are also good, especially the Ogura cake roll & Mochi... Basically, almost every dishes is very good.. Ambience is relax with a nice view.

Initially I stayed at the Mercure Hotel just to rest, but while I was at the Mercure Hotel it was fun because I was always greeted every time I met the staff, everyone was helpful, from the nice room the smell was good, the service was good and thank you to Mr. Security Sahroni for helping recommend tourist attractions, , good hotel close to the airport combined with a mall, transportation is easy to get, thank you Mercure PIK for the service...
