Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived at 12, but we were allowed to leave our bags and go off exploring. There’s a tram stop outside the hotel and 2stops takes you to the old town. 4zlt each, validate your ticket when on the tram. An Uber is the same price. Our room was clean and tidy with a recycling bin (emptied daily). We were told rooms only got cleaned every 4 days, so we’d miss it, but this didn’t bother us. Bathroom had hand/hair/body wash at the sink and in the shower. Decent hairdryer in the bathroom. Breakfast was lovely, plenty of choice for even the fussiest of eaters. I’m vegetarian and didn’t struggle, was told the sausage was lovely. We were out on a trip early on Monday, so Sunday I asked if we could have breakfast to go. We picked up our breakfast bag on Monday morning, was lovely! As we weren’t needing to leave to get to the airport till 5pm ish, we left our bags in the luggage room and came back for them . The staff we had dealings with were great and I’d definitely stay here again. Keep up the good work you lovely people and thank you.

I stayed at Ibis Styles Krakow Centrum for 6 nites & we booked 2 rooms and was very disappointed with both the dining experience and the room cleanliness. At the restaurant, we ordered two pork dishes—one was fine, but the other was undercooked near the bone. After informing the waitress, we were given a replacement, but it had the same issue. When I asked if the chef had been told, she said yes and explained the chef’s reasoning: “most people don’t eat that part, so it’s okay.” I was shocked by this response and spoke with the chef myself. He repeated the same thing and didn’t even apologize. Serving undercooked pork and dismissing the concern is both irresponsible and unacceptable. Room cleaning was also terrible. After housekeeping, the toilet still had a lot of hair and the shower drain was clogged. No one cleaned it until I complained to reception. The staff member who came to clear it acted annoyed, even though it was clearly a cleanliness issue that should’ve been handled earlier. The hotel has been recently renovated, which is nice, but service and hygiene need serious improvement. Would not recommend based on my experience.

Just spent 4 nights at this brilliant hotel, from check-in to check-out and everything in between we were very satisfied. It is in a great location with a tram stop right outside that takes you into the Old Town and an array of tram stops to take you anywhere in the city. We travelled with my grandfather (85) and he found that having the tram so close and that they take you to pretty much everywhere was really helpful. The staff at the hotel were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. Whether that was the front desk or the bar/restaurant. Being able to securely leave our suitcase in the luggage room during our last day was a brilliant as it meant we could carry on exploring.

I'd initially booked 4 nights here, and when my flight was cancelled, I added on an extra day but this was as a separate booking. As my revised flight was an very early morning departure, I paid the early (10am) check in fee, rather than have to hang around to 3pm. We arrived at the Ibis Krakow Centrum at 11am, where I pointed out I had paid for early room check in, where I was immediately informed there were no rooms available until 3pm. The reception became uncooperative when I restated I had early check in, and thereby I had to prove I had book this rather than her checking my booking. See refused to budge until I ask to see the manager, and then without a call or check with any of her other colleagues, magically out of thin air, I room WAS available!! Furthermore, as we had to book an additional first night, I checked with her whether we could retain the first room or needed to move. We were informed we could keep the same room for the duration of the stay. Needless to say, we had to change rooms and only owing to me rechecking with someone else on reception, otherwise our belongings may have been unsecured in an open room. Not sure whether our 'welcoming' receptionist was deliberately obstructive or inept/incompetent.

-very clean hotel with friendly staff - good sized room and bathroom -wifi included -hair dryer included -water stations on every floor to refill water bottles -only one pillow per bed (we forgot to ask for another one) -no hand towels in the bathroom, however paper towels were provided -price was very good for 4 nights - 20 min walk to centre - 5/10 mins tram ride into centre - tram stops outside the hotel -also bolt and uber are very handy!
