Ideal for a short stay

We stayed here from 2nd January for 3 nights. We found the location great for the train station and a massive shopping mall. Around 10 minutes walk to the old town square. Obviously depends on how fast you walk. The room itself was very clean. Small and compact, great blackout blinds and we never heard anything from outside. The bed I found ok , I found that the light to the toilet coming on for about 5 minutes when you walk in really inconvenient as I am a light sleeper and it wasn't good that If I went to the toilet in the middle of the night, I couldn't get back to sleep afterwards due to the bright light. On our last night I took out the key card from the holder and lo and behold no light! 😃 Wished I'd done it earlier but I thought it would knock the plug socket off , which was needed to charge phone. Staff at reception were lovely and helpful. Especially the girls. We had breakfast once which costs a little over £10 . It had nice choice but was a bit chaotic at the time we were there. Loved Krakow and how Christmassy it was. Some places were really cheap and others extremely expensive. We found a fantastic polish restaurant called bar Smack. Amazing food and really cheap. There was a queue outside to get in. Also tried Moo Moo burger, really good 👍 We will definitely be back

I stayed in this room for two nights while in Krakow. They are located right next to the train station and thus, you hear the train station all night as well. They are about 15 minutes from old town Krakow. The room was small. The shower was not located behind a door. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The pillows were hard. With the noise and uncomfortable bed, it was hard for me to sleep. The toilet has an automatic light that turns off while you're using the toilet. They have a water cooler hidden in the lobby for water bottle fillings that they did not tell me about. Breakfast costs extra. Despite the location to the train station, I'd recommend staying a little further away if you're staying in Krakow for more than one night.

picked this place for price and proximity to train station and main square. it was actually further from Stare Miasto than I expected so that didn't really live up to my expectations, however the tunnel to the train is literally outside the door so that was wonderful. the room was tiny but clean and pleasant. there was also a very faint high-pitched noise that some people probably couldn't hear but we could and it took a while for us to ignore it. also the shower is not private as it is inside your room out in the open. it's a good option IF you are never going to be hanging out in the room or hotel and need to take the train. the price was decent so I guess you get what you pay for.

Super tiny room with two twin beds pushed together. Tiny bathroom. No hair dryer. Small tv. Good for one night stay as it’s near bus/train station

I know it’s called budget but these rooms really are! They are tiny. I have stayed in an budget Ibis before so already knew about the strange bathroom layout (only a separate loo the shower and sink are in the room) we only had carry on luggage which was lucky as there’s not much space for anything else. The bed was firm but I liked that. One tiny pillow each made it a little uncomfortable. The aircon barely worked but was needed as couldn’t have the window open due to the train noise. Breakfast was okay for us: typical continental breakfast. We’d probably pay a bit more and be closer to the square if we came again.
