I would like to inform you that in accordance to Discover Local programme our swimming pool is available for the Guests who are not accommodated in our hotel. The Front Desk agents inform the Guests about the zone’s schedule, which is placed in the hotel areas as well as in the rooms. We are truly happy that you enjoyed all the facilities including pool area. Even better to know that our housekeeping staff could be so accommodating to you throughout your stay. At Mercure, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us.
