Hotel is well situated across from the river and a 10min walk to the centre of the Old Town. The standard room was excellent- rooms were warm and clean as were the public areas. The Spa has a small pool and very small jacuzzi - no steam room or sauna. For us, the only unsatisfactory feature was the breakfast. We were room only but tried the breakfast on our first morning. All of the ‘hot’ food was cold and it seemed to take a while to replenish. At 80plz per person is wasn’t worth the money. Although we complained, the gentleman staff member on duty at the restaurant was indifferent whilst when checking out, again there seemed to be little interest in our observation……we were simply handed a copy of our receipt for the payment made for breakfast 🤷🏻‍♂️. We would return but would definitely stick with room only - in close proximity, there are plenty other cafes etc offering better quality breakfasts at less cost.

Stayed here for 3 nights during a work trip and it was in a great location. The room was of a great size (had a sofa as well as the bed) and great breakfast offering. Can walk to many places easily from here so perfect also for tourist attractions. Only thing that let it down was the opening hours of the swimming pool (5-9 pm) which may not be an issue for most but when you wanted to swim before work it was! Would return.

Wonderful stay with excellent staff.

This hotel was exceptional. It is well located near the old city. The rooms were very clean, we had twin beds which were actually king sized with very good quality linen. The towels are a little tired and thin. The food at the hotel was amazing, really tasty and well presented. We had an early morning start, 3am, tour and the receptionist, Joanna, really went the extra mile ensuring we had a taxi waiting for us and she organised a lovely packed lunch to take with us. A big thank you to her. The spa was nice but the hut tub was not warm enough. Would stay here again.

An outstanding stay. Great location, away from all the hustle and bustle but only a 15 minute walk to the main square. Breakfast was great and the rooms an ideal size. It was also very clean.

Spent three nights in February. Had a family room that was great. Very friendly staff with good English, lots of food .
