The hotel stay was pleasant, especially thanks to the very convenient location. Being close to the city center made it easy to quickly reach the main attractions, and the tram lines right in front of the hotel made getting around even simpler. The room was clean and quiet, despite the busy area, and the staff proved to be friendly and prompt. It is not a luxury hotel, but it offers the necessary comfort and excellent access to transport and city life, making for a very good stay overall.

We informed the staff in advance that we were celebrating our annual wedding anniversary. They left 2 pieces of cheese cake and a warm note in our room. We were so delighted! We stayed in 3 hotels in this trip and this was the only one which offered us this treat. We also stayed in Hampton by Hilton in Oswiecim and Ibis Styles Warsaw City and they did nothing. The hotel was fantastic and well located.

1 minutes walk from the trams, which was great for going into the Old Town and other areas within Krakow as it is slightly out of the centre, but easy to get into the centre (3-4 stops away). Hotel is modern inside. Rooms were a good size. Clean and very comforable bed. There is an ironing room on Floor 1 to use. Nice bar/restaurant area. Breakfast was more continental style, with just a couple of hot options; scrambled egg & sausages. Coffee /tea/juices/water also available at breakfast. Staff were very helpful. The rooms don't have kettles/drinks within room, there is a machine by the lift areas and a water machine there too.

This hotel was well located and very clean. I was surprised to have no kettle, coffee machine or fridge, even though it was a standard room. Despite this, there were tea & coffee facilities by the lift on each floor and an ironing room on the 1st floor. Would stay again for a short business trip

The breakfast could have been better. Great the first morning.. Then scrambled eggs undercooked Porridge = just warm milk. That was disappointing. But staff friendly and kind. 😊 Also... 3 of us stayed single rooms we all had different € prices!???

Great hotel. Stylish, clean and comfortable beds. Improvements to be made in breakfast. Porridge was a bowl of milk on 3 out of 4 mornings. Scrambled eggs on one morning also very undercooked. A designated gluten free section is advisable, not labelled as "healthy breakfast". Although I could get gf bread when asked.

Amazing hotel, so close to the tram stop and the conference centre I had to go to everyday. Clean, spacious rooms and great staff. The only negative I have is the lack of light in the bedroom, even with all the lights on it felt dull and like winter. I struggled to get ready as couldn’t see what I was doing properly.

I stayed on a staff stay and it was a very good stay. I enjoyed the room. It was very nice and the breakfast was nice. The staff were really helpful and helped organise a trip for me to visit Auschwitz which was the main reason I came to krakow

The room was great for sleep - soundproof and excellent bed. Location is convenient with is access by walk or tram around town. The Food & Beverage services were very friendly and quality. Robert is an excellent F&B manager. The room could be slightly bigger otherwise 10/10.
