Estancia desagradable, viendo que no nos hacían la habitación como la limpieza del baño, cambio de toallas (solo ponían una toalla por persona para la estancia y tenía que servir para ducha y aseo) , la cama , vamos lo normal en cualquier hotel , hablamos con recepción y nos dicen que el servicio de limpieza de la habitación no entra y que hay que contratarlo a parte, porque es opcional como el desayuno , después de haber pagado una cantidad considerable . Lo que mas sorprendente es que en la web no tienes la opción de coger la limpieza porque no está reflejado , con lo cual te enteras cuando estas hospedado y vuelves te encuentras la habitación tal cual la dejaste cuando saliste por la mañana. Me parece una tomadura de pelo y un engaño. No recomiendo la cadena IBIS , básicamente porque lo mínimo cuando pagas una reserva es la limpieza de una habitación, yo cuando salgo de viaje no es para limpiar el baño y hacerme la cama.
