Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM, and early check-in is always possible, subject to availability. On the day of your arrival, the hotel was fully booked the previous night, and unfortunately, we had no rooms available for an earlier date. We appreciate your understanding that, under these circumstances, our team could not guarantee early check-in. Regarding the parking garage, our reception team is always available to assist guests with any difficulties entering and exiting the parking lot, as well as with your issue with not being able to retrieve your motorcycle from the garage. We understand this can be a nuisance, especially with heavy motorcycles on the slopes. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us identify areas where improvements could be made.
