Es ist eigentlich immer wieder sehr angenehm als Gast im The Crwon Krakau zu sein. dieses Mal habe ich mich aber geärgert, dass es in der Bar keinerlei Snacks oder etwas anderes kleines zum Essen gab, als ich noch etwas getrunken habe. Dies bin ich von einem solchen guten Hotel nicht gewohnt.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und kann mit einer gehobenen Einrichtung punkten. Die Lage leicht ausserhalb der Altstadt muss nicht nachteilig sein und war für meine Zwecke sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich, schön und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und bietet nebst einem Buffet auch ein à la carte Menü an. Die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Von der vor dem Hotel durchfahrenden Strassenbahn gibt es eine leichte Lärmbelästigung. Im ersten Stock kann man auch Geräusche aus der darunter liegenden Küche hören. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt angenehm und vor allem in dieser Preislage ausgezeichnet.

The Crown Krakow war für unseren 4-tägigen Aufenthalt eine sehr geeignete Wahl. Das Hotel ist sehr elegant, sauber und eine echte Oase der Ruhe in der lebhaften und geschäftigen Stadt Krakow. Dank seiner Lage in der Nähe der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind das Stadtzentrum und andere Teile der Stadt sehr gut erreichbar. Die geräumigen, sauberen und eleganten Zimmer sorgen für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt ! Das Team von The Crown Krakow ist ebenfalls professionell, freundlich, kompetent und wohlwollend. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und glücklich, sie während dieser paar Tage zu treffen. Nur zwei negative Punkte sind zu erwähnen: - Das Hotel verfügt nur über drei Parkplätze. Das ist für Gäste, die mit dem Auto anreisen, nicht vorteilhaft. An einem Sonntag einen Parkplatz zu finden, kann sich als schwierig erweisen. - Das Frühstück ist frisch und lecker, wird aber beim vierten Mal langweilig, da immer die gleichen Speisen auf dem Etageren serviert werden.
