We truly value all guest feedback, as it allows us to continually assess and improve the quality of our services. We are particularly grateful for your kind words regarding the cleanliness of our hotel, the quality of the rooms, and the breakfast buffet — we are pleased to know that these aspects of your stay met your expectations. We also appreciate your recognition of the amenities we offer, such as the swimming pool and sauna, and we regret that your experience in these areas did not reflect the relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere we strive to provide. Please accept our sincere apologies for the distress your wife experienced in the sauna area. The behavior you described does not align with the standards of comfort, respect, and decorum we aim to maintain in our wellness facilities. This matter has been brought to the attention of our wellness and reception management teams to ensure appropriate follow-up and training. Please note that, due to privacy regulations and the non-textile zone, the sauna area is not monitored by cameras, and our staff is not authorized to supervise or intervene in guests' behavior inside the saunas. Nevertheless, we expect all guests to act respectfully and considerately, and we regret that this was not the case during your visit. Regarding your experience at the swimming pool, we apologize for the inconvenience caused by the limited access due to scheduled training sessions. Fabryka Cia/O is taking part in "Discover Local" program, that is why the area is open as well as for hotel guest but also to external customers. Please be assured that the full schedule of planned activities is available at the reception desk as well as in the rooms. Additionally, we provide clear information in the common areas of the hotel regarding the approximate hours when the pool area is least occupied, to help guests plan their visits accordingly. We would also like to apologize for the misunderstanding at the front desk concerning your request for hair conditioner. It appears there was some confusion in communication, and we regret that your inquiry was not addressed more clearly. Please also note that hair conditioner is not included in the standard room equipment, as stated in the room description available at the time of booking. With regard to the parking issue, we are sorry for the inconvenience you experienced. Our system is designed to recognize license plates and open the barrier automatically for registered vehicles. However, in some cases — such as when the license plate is not fully visible or is from a foreign country — the camera may encounter difficulties in reading the information correctly. In these situations, guests are always encouraged to use the “intercom” button at the barrier to contact our security staff, who are available to assist promptly. In case of the Housekeeping service which had been provided in your rooms I would like to inform you that we have verified the case – the maids had been cleaning your rooms every day - the towels had been changed as well which is stated in the Housekeeping reports including the most precise information regarding service. We sincerely apologize for the situation connected with water refill – we will make sure that all our maids will be following all our room cleaning standards more precisely. We hope you will consider giving us another opportunity to welcome you back in the future so we may provide you with the improved experience that you rightfully expect and deserve.
