Wir hatten eine tolle Aussicht aus dem Fenster, direkt auf den Wawel. Vieles Sehenswertes war zu Fuß zu erreichen. Gegenüber vom Hotel war eine tolle Karczma mit gutem Essen. Die Spa und Gym auch top. Alle sehr nett und freundlich.

Check in zu lange, Frühstück eine Zumutung. Poolbereich mit teilweise baumängel im Wasser. Publikum ist schwierig.

Sehr nette Mitarbeiter in einem guten Hotel. Großer Fernseher aber nicht business tauglich da der HDMI Port hotelseitig abgeschaltet war und der Fernseher auch kein Chromecast unterstützte. Der Mineralwasser Service war top, leider war nie Kohlensäure im Zylinder.

Das Hotel liegt in einer hervorragenden Lage. Das Essen im Restaurant ist super lecker. Alles ist sehr sauber und die Atmosphäre ist angenehm. Das Fitnessstudio ist sehr gut ausgestattet und der Wellnessbereich ist ebenfalls angenehm. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Der Aufenthalt war super. Ich hatte mich leider verbucht und das falsche Datum reserviert. Mir konnte jedoch geholfen werden. Das Zimmer war sehr gut, nur leider ist der Lüfter selbst auf kleinster Stufe ziemlich laut. Das Frühstück war super und das Bett sehr bequem. Ich komme gern wieder.
