Der Aufenthalt war super. Ich hatte mich leider verbucht und das falsche Datum reserviert. Mir konnte jedoch geholfen werden. Das Zimmer war sehr gut, nur leider ist der Lüfter selbst auf kleinster Stufe ziemlich laut. Das Frühstück war super und das Bett sehr bequem. Ich komme gern wieder.

nur einziger Vorteil meines Platin Status wurde vom Hotel berücksichtigt -kein Zimmer upgrade, -kein Wilkommensgruß Konzept des Frühstücksbuffet völlig chaotisch- zu viele Gäste für zu wenig Sitzplätze, es wurde überall in der Lobby platziert, Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen

Das Hotel ist angenehm und komfortabel. Es liegt recht Citynah, was aber auch bedeutet, wenn man mit dem Auto kommt, lernt man gleich die sehr angespannte Parkplatzsituation in Krakau kennen. Hotelparken ist möglich, finde ich persönlich recht teuer. Sonst alles ok. Gutes Frühstück, nette Mitarbeiter.

Große, saubere Zimmer. Bequeme Betten. Sehr gutes Frühstück, mit großer Auswahl. Sehr gute Lage. In zehn Minuten fußläufig im Zentrum. Rezeption professionell, aber nicht herzlich. Reinigungspersonal sehr freundlich und herzlich. Personal beim Frühstück: Empfangsdame extrem freundlich und nett. Übriges Personal professionell, aber sehr diskret und zurückhaltend.
