Für einen Städtetrip nach Krakau sehr verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Die Straßenbahn hält direkt vor der Tür und der Bus 300 zum Flughafen ist nur eine Straßenecke entfernt. Das Frühstück war sehr gut (Bitte etwas zum rühren in die Smoothiebehälter machen) und die Frühstückszeiten ideal, auch um etwas länger zu schlafen. Leider würde irgendwann nicht mehr aufgefüllt. Bei einem Hotel mit Spa, rechne ich eigentlich damit, dass es einen Bademantel im Zimmer gibt und dieser nicht gegen Gebühr geliehen werden muss.

Wir hatten eine tolle Aussicht aus dem Fenster, direkt auf den Wawel. Vieles Sehenswertes war zu Fuß zu erreichen. Gegenüber vom Hotel war eine tolle Karczma mit gutem Essen. Die Spa und Gym auch top. Alle sehr nett und freundlich.

Check in zu lange, Frühstück eine Zumutung. Poolbereich mit teilweise baumängel im Wasser. Publikum ist schwierig.

Sehr nette Mitarbeiter in einem guten Hotel. Großer Fernseher aber nicht business tauglich da der HDMI Port hotelseitig abgeschaltet war und der Fernseher auch kein Chromecast unterstützte. Der Mineralwasser Service war top, leider war nie Kohlensäure im Zylinder.
