Excellent service.Staffs are helpful and friendly especially Ufoma who sorted my initial issues with ironing.In all,very good service delivery.

Ufuoma very helpful. Pretty, sense of humor top notch. Infectious laugh. Dom in the bar very helpful. Breakfast need some work otherwise great. Will recomend.

Terrible Experience – Hidden Fees, Poor Communication

I stayed at The Harlow Hotel by Accor, and I can honestly say it was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve had. Last Monday, I phoned the hotel to ask if an early check-in around 12 or 1 PM would be possible, since we were attending a wedding from 1:30 PM until late in the evening. The staff member told me to simply call on the day to check if a room would be ready. Fair enough. On the day of our stay, I called multiple times in the morning — no one answered. Not once. When we arrived at the hotel, already pressed for time, I was told that early check-in would cost £10 per hour. This charge was never mentioned during my previous call. Absolutely ridiculous! We had no choice but to pay, as we were running late for the wedding. It felt like we were being taken advantage of because of the situation. To make things worse, parking wasn’t free either — £6 to park your car on top of the room cost and the unexpected early check-in charge. It’s the kind of nickel-and-diming you’d expect from a budget motel, not a supposedly reputable Accor hotel. This entire experience showed a total lack of transparency, communication, and care for guests. No one even apologised for the inconvenience or the unanswered calls. It really set the wrong tone for what should’ve been a special day. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. 2/10 – overpriced, poorly managed, and not worth the stress.
